Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomOn the whole the drinks offered were not great, but Tuborg beer was cold , and we found the gin and vodka were proprietary brands so stuck with them and they came with decent tonic water. Oh , and by the way the entertainment was poor, and same old silly chestnut, guests placing towels on sun beds at 6.45 am, and the stampede for food as soon as the buffet was open, calm down people you will not starve..
Very good all round, being a chef , i was very pleased with the choice and quality of the food at every meal, especially fishy Friday. But unfortunately no bacon or decent sausage for breakfast, a small irrelevant niggle i know.

SerbiaSoap could be better (the one that is in all the dispensers smells cheap). There were no toothbrushes / paste / shampoo in the bathroom. Alcohol was not great, except the beer - but I won’t expect anything better because it’s free (alco is included in AI).
Great value for money, clean and spacious rooms. Food was great, good selection and various dishes all the time, with several options available on the grill. Staff is very nice and supportive. Beach is really close and well equipped, plus there’s a beach bar with beverages and snacks. Spa services are very good for the money, Mehmet is a nice person and experienced masseur. No kids allowed - place is pretty quiet.

RussiaNo free wifi, the wifi costs 7 euros/week. However it barely worked at the beach and that’s where I spent most of my day. Rooms can be cleaned better, there was hair in my shower. You get one beach towel/week and the rest you have to pay for. The alcohol was okay, I liked their beer the best. But could not stand the red wine, it was extremely bitter. No free airport transfer.
The hotel is very close to the beach, about a 3-5 minute walk. I had an amazing view of the mountains and the surrounding palm trees and flowers. The food was amazing, a large variety and different cuisines. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Room was cleaned everyday. Note that the a/c does not work from 8 am - 2 pm, but this wasn’t a problem for me because I never spent that time in my room. Hotel is cheaper than others in the area so it’s budget friendly. Beds were very comfy.

RussiaMy rating is concrete 9 marks. This is really 4 star hotel in accordance with European gradation.Pashas,s Princess is encircled by dozen of five stars with Kemer standarts, but I would advice this place.Solid hotel for people, who still treasure quality service. To certain extend main feature is old time atmosphere. Good management, people and taste. If individual wants to come back to this place,it is really means something. Thank You.

Rooms were very clean and hygiene was kept on very high level. Very pleasant and helpful staff both in the hotel and on the beach. All in all - great hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.

GermanyThere is no Wifi in the rooms by default. One has to book an extra Wifi which is rather expensive. It was advertised by the hotel staff as "high speed" internet but in reality, the speed and availability were underwhelming. The connection to the router broke frequently and the maximum speed was 300kb/s (at night when no other guests used the connection) such that it was basically impossible to surf conveniently nor make audio/video calls via Wifi except for at night time when no other guests were using the Wifi. The offered airport shuttle was twice as expensive compared to calling and bargaining for a taxi. The air conditioning is turned off centrally between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm such that it is hard to sleep longer than 8:30 as the rooms heat up quickly.
The food quality was really good. Every day there was a vast amount of different dishes and they were always prepared freshly. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel pool as well as all hotel facilities were were clean.

Ukraine1. No AC. Our nights were sleepless because of that. We had to sleep with our windows open and got all bitten up by mosquitoes. The receptionists come up with different excuses why it wasn’t working, but it’s clear that they just wanna cut down the expenses 2. No drinks at the beach except non-alcoholic beer and really bad wine.
