Perfect location, walking distance to major attractions, shops, restaurants and tram. Friendly and helpful manager who spoke excellent English and other staff were good too. More personal touch than larger hotels. Good choice of Turkish and international foods for buffet breakfast, including fruit juice.

Everything was perfect!!!

Ayca, the hotel manager, was simply TERRIFIC! She and her crew were extremely helpful, accommodating, warm, and made sure their guests were comfortable and safe during their stay! A+ on all levels. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, search no further than Hotel Ravi! It’s the best, extremely clean and well kept, and is in the best location ever—handy to everything yet quiet and feels away from it all when one is ready to retire for the evening/night and take a break from it all. I can’t say enough about Ayca and her crew! Great people, kind, generous, and extremely attentive! Best team ever! Best hotel ever—you can thank me later!

We stayed in rooms 303 and 306 on the top floor. The hotel is very clean and in a great location, close to the Blue Mosque yet quiet since it's on a side street. Everything is new. The staff was really nice, especially Ayca, who was very helpful with taxi arrangements and all our questions about booking and sightseeing. The breakfast was good, offering enough variety to stay interesting even after five days. Free tea is available in the lobby.

Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout aisha,yakup sait were always on hand to help with anything we asked or needed, the service here was a 5🌟 hotel this hotel is a must if your in Istanbul. the breakfast was good onur was always polite and smiling, gungor always cleaned our room with a smile the service here is OUTSTANDING Aisha and yaqup were very friendly and always helpful and recommended alot of places to visit, the hotel is new very clean, smelt fresh and is only 2mins walk to the blue mosque THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE IT WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN

One thing to improve would be the coffee quality at the breakfast buffet - I prefer home made one, or a better coffee machine.

Breakfast was very tasty, lots of choices, and the hot food was changing daily. Location was fantastic, for tourists visiting Istanbul for the first time it’s definitely a very handy location - just steps away from the old centre with all the shops and sights.

The breakfast was average, not much variety was offered. Coffee was quite bad.

The location is excellent, it's on a quiet side street so that you can even have your window open during the night. The staff is friendly and the hotel is quite small, so you are always well cared for. The building is new and modern. Easy access to trams.

The pillow was a bit to high for me and my neck hurt ( but maybe that's my personal experience and others wouldn't have a problem with it)

The hospitality was amazing. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. They let us leave our luggages after check out so that we didn't have to carry them while waiting for our transport to the airport. The location was fantastic. A 2 minute walk to the main square near BlueMosque and Haga Sophia. 10 min walk to Grand Bazaar. The hotel was super clean 👌

It is a brand new hotel from 2023. All staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, under the leadership of Manager Ayca. Our three rooms were cleaned professionally and thoroughly daily. They even did full change of bedsheets several times during our stay - approximately every other day. The blue mosque could be seen from our hotel room, and it was only 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel helped to organize airport Transport for us to and from the hotel - a minibus for the six people in our party. It was a very safe, pleasant, and efficient ride. The drivers did an excellent job, and the quality of the vehicle was good.

Ayca is such a wonderful person. She’s the manager at the Hotel Ravi and I really enjoyed my stay there. She’s so helpful and friendly. Umit and the other staff are also so lovely. They were so helpful and Ayca especially spent a lot of time with me whenever I needed any advice. I want to come back to Istanbul so badly and when I come back, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. The location is great because it’s within walking distance of all the major sites. The breakfast was very delicious. You can try different Turkish dishes. I had a great experience!

All staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the first day they did all they could to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Since we were two couples with babies they impressed us with their hospitality and willingness to assist us in everything we asked or even didn’t. I liked the practicality and helpfulness of the hotel staff, which started immediately after booking. The breakfast was very varied and good. The location of the hotel is very good for the main attractions ( The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum, Gülhane Park, Grand Bazaar 10 min. walk...... )There are a lot of hotels in Istanbul, but this was our first choice and we don't regret it.

I liked everything about this hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing as your are close to all touristic spots. 10 min walking to grand bazar, 2 min walking to blue mosque plus you can also find many food options around the area. We felt safe all the time. The staff is beyond kind, they were AMAZING and very polite, giving us recommendations and a personal treat. You can really tell they care about their clients and they really represent the hospitality of Turkish people. We reserved all the tours with them and they went great!

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel run by the most lovely host, Ayse. I was a little sceptical of the reviews before booking but I can confirm the hotel lives up to its rating. The service is exceptional and all staff are very attentive. In particular, Umit and Saleh were extremely helpful and friendly as well as Rasin and Yakub. The location is great as you are only a few minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. The housekeeping is very good and the rooms are clean with breakfast being included. Will definitely be staying at Hotel Ravi when returning to Istanbul in the future.
