Cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, there's a smell coming from the sink drain.

Hotel is in a good location at the center of Goreme. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Toilet did not flush very well On days where there were more guests, a lot of the breakfast food would run out and not be refilled in time, esp if you start eating breakfast half an hour before it closing

1. We could hear everything from our room. It's not very isolated. The first night was hard because there was a couple fighting upstairs until 2:30 a.m., and we could hear everything. 2. No clear info about the tours. We were not told we had to confirm and pay immediately, and it ended up costing a lot more than the initial price. It would be nice if the info is clear from the start.

Great location and the staff is really nice! The breakfast buffet is great and the view from the eating are is amazing. It's a great place in a great location for such a price.

The location very strategic, 2-3 mins walk to the centre and no need to hike / walk through small alley The owner/reception super helpful. He helps arranging early check-in, airport transfer and baloon tour (almost missed my chance for this, he’s suggestion/reccomendation to rearrange my schedule really helps!).

There is no sitting area/couch if you are arriving early except terrace on the roof which has plastic chair. Room was small, shower was broken, flush wasn’t working so, they fixed only the flush but not the shower.

Friendly, very well located, simple but clean rooms. The breakfast is super good, vegetables, hot eggs, scrambled eggs, juice etc. The staff took care of all my requests from the Hot Air Balloon safari, to photographing the horses. Highly recommended accommodation.

The carpet in the room could be washed or changed into the new one. And the shower floor was a bit slippery.

It's "warm" to be there. I feel like at home. The staffs are friendly, esp. the woman that provides breakfast. Their smiles are genuine. I can't say that the facilities are perfect, but I got all that I need, it's more than enough. Its location is also in the center of Göreme. I'd like to stay at Relic House again for my next visit.

We booked more expensive room because of jacuzzi but the bath was so small that only our kid could really enjoy it. Pillows were awful - like a bunch of sinthetic ball inside so we couldn't sleep well. A sink was dirty and a floor was full of tiny stones when we checked in. Room is small, no space for shoes inside.

The location is good. Breakfast is normal for continental one. Instant coffee. A view from a terrace is good.
