on arrival was given a room overlooking trees with NO sea view, was able to change rooms when one became available 3 days later…not ideal. this was the second visit to this hotel we found the food to be warm from the hot counters, soups were warm although improved the second week. lunch and dinner menu very repetitive

the central location near the beach shops and bars, large rooms, cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding changed, staff friendly and helpful at all times

All inclusive was a bit confusing as imported drinks aren’t included.

The hotel is is a good location across from the beach and close to a castle with beautiful views.

- WiFi network blocked attempts to VPN connection (for me it was needed, but I had workaround) - WiFi blocked several websites, e.g. Instagram, YouTube and. For me it wasn't a problem, but for my friend it was important - we had neighbor at nearest room who spoke loudly on phone at night and laughed - other things were perfect

- Receptionists and other staff were very attentive and polite - Room was really big with huge balcony and big shower cabin (but we had a room for 3). Probably other rooms are not so large - The table was long, it's even possible to work - Room facilities were good. We didn't have iron, but probably we could ask at the reception - Air conditioned worked properly - We had Breakfasts and Dinners included - dished were very tasty, good variety of meat, fish, turkey, vegetables, fruits, sweets. One day we even had sushi. Also there is orange fresh every morning (for additional cost). - Location is great, this is in the center, close to the Teleferik, first beach line - Related beach was well occupied, it has bar, umbrellas, sunbeds. The managers of the beach were polite and attentive, they timely moved umbrellas when needed, kept beach clean. Water in the sea was so transparent and warm, it was a pleasure to swim.

We had very poor wi-fi in our room (probably because it was last room on the floor). Some hidden surprises like coffee is not included in dinner if you selected “breakfast and dinner” option and didn’t choose “all included”. Very confusing and misleading. Also no beach towels provided.

perfect location, affordable price, good food, excellent room service, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Access to the beach is right across the property, very convenient.

wifi almost unusable, almost same food every day, some of the employee unpleasant, very boring hotel (no program or music at least during the day by the pool), safe for a fee

Internet connection poor. In the room no facilities as slipper, tissues , for the safe we have to pay for it.

Bathroom towels were not very clean with some old stains.

Everything was great especially food. the breakfast was very rich and the open buffet for dinner was magical. well done!

They wanted money for water on the room from us. It was not pleasant and also for beach bed and umbrella we needed to pay. These things are the first time I see and bad.

It is very close to sea and beach.By walking only 2 minutes. We miss the time of dinner but they gave us two sandwich for free it was kind and good. Room was clean.
