Breakfast needs improving. Not much choice of bread, no croissant or pastries. Orange juice was diluted with water. No much cereal choice. No oats. Only one type of milk provided. Very limited cooked food. No hash browns, mushrooms. Cakes not always fresh. Hamam - this was just a sauna room which switched itself off after 15 minutes. Shower area smelt stale and not been used or washed in long while. I would say the hotel is more a 3 Star Plus than a four star. Ensure you have cash or pre paid Uber fare. Paying the cab by card on arrival will result in extra charge of UK GBP £11 The cab should come directly outside the hotel. If they don't, I suggest you cancel the uber cab booking and book another cab

I expected “cut up” fruit for breakfast but only apples and oranges were placed next to the variety of cakes.

As mentioned in other review, the view is not the best, there is no balcony so I would not recommend it for a long stay

The hotel as good enough for the two night that we had to spend in Antalya. Nice location, with parking available. Walking distance to the old city.

Breakfast was not replenished and there were empty containers at just 9 am. The steam room had an awful smell and did not work properly. I told a staff member who said that’s just the way it usually is and did nothing about it. The walls are not soundproof and the next door hotel guest was extremely loud (shouting and singing at 2am) without being stopped by reception who could hear everything as it was just a few steps away. Plus the street is noisy… so I did not get much sleep for three nights. Luckily, I changed hotels after that.

The location is very good to explore the old town. The toiletries provided were excellent and the room was cleaned well daily.

The room is pretty small, but it is fair for a central stay.

Great location near all central activities in the city. Bus and tram stops are in walking distance. Cozy and clean room with everything that is needed. Breakfast has good variety of food including omelette, eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, cheese/ham of different kinds. Very friendly and helpful personnel including Russian-speaking people both on reception and in the restaurant. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Antalya.

Apparently, they only deep clean the rooms once a week. Also the Hammam should be more clean.

Bathroom lights work off a motion sensor which makes for some interesting moments. Showers in the dark and the light turning off while standing having a wee. Quite a noisy place to stay. Staying at the front of the hotel I heard the bin men early every morning. There is also quite a loud banging noise which is regular throughout the day and night which I think is the lift, made it quite hard to fall asleep.

Great location for exploring the old town. Close to buses and trams for cheap transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free, private use of a Turkish bath. Good selection at breakfast. Great value for money. Would recommend getting the tram from the airport and getting off at MarkAntalya, it is a fairly short walk (10 minutes) from there to the hotel.

The room is small but it isn’t problem if you do not have too many things.

Generally, hotel was good. Location is best, it is suitable to almost everywhere like old town and tram. The view was nice also.

The safety deposit box was locked on my arrival and had to be reset the next day. Hand soap was leaking in the bathroom and the hair dryer was not working properly. The window of my room faced a noisy construction site. These are all non-essential issues, but they affected the overall impression from my stay.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, close to the beach. Easy to commute to other parts of the city. Air-conditioned room, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, a teapot in the room, fair Wi-Fi connection. Polite, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast!

The walls are too thin, no soundproof at all. I had very laud couple as neighbors and I could hear almost every word they said and sex sound. Bathroom has automatic light sensor so be ready to take shower in a dark and to do silly arm movements every minute. It was very annoying. View to the sea was mostly view to big car parking which placed front of hotel (I had 4 floor). Breakfast is just fine. Omelette or fried eggs for additional price. I saw not fresh cherry tomato’s for a few days and nobody cared about it. They just set them again. Of course if you are bread and jam lover you will be happy (I am not). WIFI is poor.

Hotel has good location to explore old city and marina. Ahmed from reception was always friendly and ready to help. The room looked as on pictures, I liked light colors and style. The bed was comfortable and had 4 pillows. Cleaning was good too

We liked the view from the room. The staff always had a smile on their faces and always willing to help. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was well laid out with an excellent selection of food.

The bedroom sheets were maybe a bit short and simple. No other problems!

The staff were just lovely. Breakfast is also really broad with good eggs and excellent coffee, which you can't find everywhere. Good rooms as well. Excellent price/quality.

A bit too small room

Great hotel with good price, nice breakfast included, it has baby cot, great sauna (private if you book it), has parking places.

One of the ensuite showers in the family room was broken and sprayed out water in the opposite direction from the bottom of the handle. Bathroom light turns off if there's no movement in the middle of the room.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, Ahmet has exceptional customer service skills, he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, always smiling. Delilah (cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful and always smiling) Liliah (spa) was friendly and gentle with children. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were comfy, attention to detail was really good, they had everything we needed in the bathroom. They gave new water bottles daily. TVs worked well and had many channels. Rooms look like the pictures and we could not hear noise like talking or other from other rooms, the view from the top floor family room was lovely by day and night. Breakfast was a wide selection of salads, olives, cheese, deli meats, bread, hot scrambled and boiled eggs, soup, sweets, fruit and chips! Lol they also had selection of hot and cold drinks, and everything was regularly topped up. Spa facilities were well kept and booking was made per room so you don't have any random people coming in with you. The hotel is close to amenities big shopping centres, food places and public transport both bus and tram with a taxi rank about 30 seconds away. Overall this was a family friendly hotel, we had a really pleasant experience and would definitely come back again
