The room is small. The plug missed from jacuzzi. The breakfast was crowded.

It's in center of old downtown! The breakfast delicious. The Hotel is in general very cool and the service is very nice

While the overall experience was pleasant, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast offerings. Each morning, the breakfast was identical with very few choices available. It consisted of the same limited selection of items, which quickly became monotonous. There were no variations or special additions to make each day unique. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more diversity and creativity in the breakfast menu. If you're staying for an extended period, be prepared for a repetitive and uninspiring start to your day.

It was noisy at all hours and we couldn't rest! What is seen from the pool in the picture was not seen in Hanel! The rooms have only one window facing a very narrow corridor and I couldn't open it because of the noise! The bathroom does not have air conditioning!

Breakfast and dinners poor,. Very little choice at diner and what was there was not always available. There was water dripping form the ceiling in the restaurant and the facilities in the spa were not all available

Facilities missed restocking the room, and the place needs some minor repairs. Safe didn't work.

The room furniture is worn out. The breakfast area is quite small to accommodate all hotel guests. In the morning, it is so crowded that it's a challenge to find an empty chair to have breakfast.

The first and foremost hotel staff was exceptional - very professional, helpful, and pleasant. The location is great, and only a few steps away from the main shopping street (Istiklal Street). The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit worn out. The breakfast is quite good and offers plenty of choices for different tastes.

Very pushy guest relationship manager at Checkout almost making the review on booking for you. Otherwise for the same price you get quite a mix of rooms. We had in total 3 rooms and each one of them had a different size. Cleaning needs to be improved, smeared mirror and dirty bathroom. Some parts of the hotel need renovating, e.g. pool on the sun deck.

Great location, buffet style breakfast and dinner included, but not what you expect for a 5-star hotel. Swim pool and Sauna are good.

Dinner - none of the foods were labelled so it made it really hard to determine what things were. As a vegetarian I couldn’t eat any of the hot food, I think it all contained meat but even if it didn’t, it didn’t say what it was for me to check. Labelling the food would be a small change but make a huge difference. The cold buffet was also lacking a bit, we ended up eating elsewhere every night. Breakfast was alright though.

Beds really comfy, jacuzzi in the room was nice and the staff were friendly.

-The windows of the room didnt close very well so we could here te noise --The Breakfast Lounge is very crowdy and sometimies is very difficult to find a table -The spa has only 3 long chairs for so many people.

-I found the location very good for my needs. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area -The staff was friendly -The breakfast is repetitive but enough if you are in a short city break trip.

I did not like the fact the spa on the ground floor was a big disappointment as I did arrange treatment for my mum and myself. The guy mess up our appointment up and giving us wrong information and we even paid the deposit for our booking. Would definitely not use the spa/massage downstairs. Then in the end I didn't even get any treatments done to their mistake. To be honest the guy does not understand English and was bit rude!

Yes the location was good, you had everything near to the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by too. Love how the staffs was so friendly and helpful especially Jinan and Zoha looked after us very well and even did nice birthday surprise for my Mum unexpected, which was really nice that they went out of their way to do that. The excursion staff that's sorted out my booking for Birthday dinner, she was fab and explained everything clearly. Good service from her too and with a smile always. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who visit Istanbul city.
