The hotel has been finished to an excellent standard for a boutique hotel and has been tastefully decorated. The location is a stones throw away from the famous Galata Tower and you can actually see the tower from the roof top bar where breakfast is also served. All the personnel are very attentive, I was unsure on how to operate the air conditioning and within 10 mins someone came to my room to help me out. The thing I loved most about this hotel was the host/owner (Zeynep). On the first morning following my arrival she introduced herself to me at breakfast and honestly, she could not do any more to make me feel extremely welcome. She has a very sweet nature and is happy to help with any need you may have.

I loved everything

The staff were welcoming, warm and super helpful. The rooftop was to die for! Having breakfast with the lovely view of Beyoğlu was definitely a highlight. The decor of the lobby and rooms were great as well.

It was really helpful staff. Great location, great breakfasts. Everything was nice. Please note, Some rooms are without windows, so it is not very convinet to stay long I'm these type of rooms.

Great location! The room was spacious with lovely facilities and alwayas cleaned excellently. All staff were great but Salim was incredibly helpful with everything. Thank you Salim! Rooftop bar/restaurant also had lovely atmopshere.

I want to express my gratitude to Zeynep and Walton Hotel Staff for making our holiday perfect! The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Galata Tower, the distance from the nearest metro station is approximately 8-10 mins walk. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of receiving an Istanbulcard and a portable modem with Internet access - a truly invaluable addition to our stay. I also want to highlight the breakfast - it is served on a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view. Every time you come to breakfast, Zeynep greets you with her lovely dog, and it is so cute :) The breakfast was hearty with ability to select among hot egg meals apart from different snacks that are served as you take a seat. Zeynep's attention to details was evident when she kindly offered earplugs as the hotel is located right near the mosque - so we heard Azan (a call to prayer) even during a night - but it was not a problem, because it is heard from every single corner of the city and it added the authentic experience of being in Istanbul and was a gentle reminder of the city's rich cultural tapestry.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel location is such that everything important is really close by. The hotel also provided us with a Istanbul travel card for the tram. Overall a great place to stay.

There was nothing that wasn’t good or even perfect!

Everything was just perfect! From beginning to end was just perfect! Zeynep, the owner welcomed us the next morning at breakfast. You just feel at home, everyone is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was ‘WOW’, al you need and more. Room was perfect! Rooftop bar with again very nice people working there. And lovely cocktails ;-). The area is just perfect to reach all nice places on foot. I can only say good things. 1000% I would book it again.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Our room was not a big one but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast served at the terrace with a nice view.

I worked remotely from the hotel for a week, it was an awesome experience, the hotel let me also work from their 6th floor terrace and offered me free tea while I work. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Salim, he made double sure my stay was top class.

Everyone was perfect, at the reception we get Istanbul card, wifi modem and could check in immediately. It is the first time when we saw such a kind attitude and attention. It has very good location, close to all important tourist attractions .The room was very clean, warm and cozy. And Zeynep the owner of the hotel is such a positive person , always ready to help you if you need. We highly recommend this hotel
