Stayed in royal seginis for 10 nights and day before flight home saw an offer on booking.com about this place less than half price so decided to miss flight and stay 5 days there . Couldn’t really fault it only downside is it’s quite out of way from anywhere and shop on site is ridiculous. £50 for a bottle of sun oil . £25 for a pack nappies . £60 for a inflatable for baby for pool . I’m a picky eater and food was brilliant , attention to detail throughout the hotel is unreal although I would say more if a 4 star not a 5 star .

The staff were less welcoming as I've expected. One of our nights at the hotel, the room was too warm and I've asked if they could provide a fan, since according to the receptionist that only warm air was being circulated in our building. Unfortunately, they did not bring in a fan despite calling twice for it. We had to sleep sweating that night. Additionally, it says in booking.com that we are entitled to a 20 Euro credit during our stay but to my dismay there is no such thing as per the receptionist. Moreover, there was no karaoke despite being featured in booking.com.

The food was exceptional and the facilities were comfortable and accessible.

Sometimes they didn't clean the corridors outside or the elevator. Weighting luggages can be done only by paying. It is unacceptable in a structure of this level.

The guest relations girls, Nagima and Valeria were exceptional in their work and helped us with all our troubles. Food buffet was big and tasty

Saw a few times not clean vegetables. Rooms cleaned not good , when I asked to clean so they cleaned better , the nurse does not speak English only Turkish. People who smoked smoked everywhere , did not used special places for smoking

Security issues. We had a man pee'd on our room door at 2am..he was so drunk and was trying to open the door and then slept in front of our door. He also vomited there. His urine came inside our room.Our room's phone wasn't even working to call the security. I reported it 5 times to guest relations and tried to make official complaint about it. Didn't get any reply till date and its been a month.

Pool is not heated so it was quite cold when going in. Also not possible to rebook restaurants before going... Tough for guests who stay for shorter duration (3 nights in our case) to get special bookings.

First, there is not much to do outside the resort - only shopping or taking a cab somewhere farther to see the waterfalls etc. Luckily there is so much to do at the resort that one doesn't necessarily even have to go out. Secondly, people who like going to bed early should definitely bring earplugs - on most nights live music stops just a few minutes before midnight and you can definitely hear the music in your room. Thirdly, the prices of the massages seemed very high.

I loved that I didn't have to worry about a thing - had everything I needed and even more. The room was beautiful and the whole area was well-maintained and clean. There's lots of space so it wasn't at all as crowded as I imagined it would be. The hotel offered lots of services and activities for every taste and age. I think it's a perfect holiday destination for anyone in need of a hassle-free vacation, whether they're solo travellers, couples, friend groups or families with kids. I travelled as a couple and enjoyed the beach, fitness activities etc. The party night definitely exceeded my expectations, so now I'm thinking of going back with a group of friends. There were lots of families with kids and it was nice to see the grown-ups relaxed and the kids enjoying themselves. WiFi was good all around the premises, so I imagine it would also be a good hotel for remote workers. The location is great - not much to do around the resort, but it's just a 30-minute taxi drive from Antalya airport and the resort is right next to the sea with its own clean beach.

We haven’t really great room, but  outside was really loud in the night time you couldn’t actually sleep we went to reception asked for other room and they give it to us in the same area so it was no point to change the rooms so we didn’t have it lots of sleep and that was not really nice. You didn’t want to sit down on the terrace as well right that’s where all the time loud from ventilation from down the restaurant . Would we go again  Yes and and no when we would have the same room then now.❤️

Everything last really clean.  The food was delicious. Lots of choice🫶🏻 we really enjoyed our first holiday in Turkey  ❤️ really nice performance every night perfect Holiday for October when the temperatures was really nice to swim outside and in the pool area.

At the beach we find a little rusty structure. I like doing long walks at the beach, but was no possible, because the beach was Close.

The room was very good and clean, with everything that we needed including a Minibar always full. The pool was enormous, with lots of space for everyone and always a Bar very close. They are also a poll for children with big slides and a poll for babies with full cover. At the beach the same. The restaurant was amazing, with all fresh cooked with so many options and lots of space too. If we wanted we can eat and drink all day long. The SPA was a great experience too. The entertainment was very nice, we had lots of fun with amazing shows and Parties all day and night. At the service it's always someone, gentle to help us. We also have support per WhatsApp, easy and quickly.

Taxi are not allowed to get the customers from the hotel, we have to walk with my 2 kids and all luggages outside the hotel in main road to get the taxi, so I have to go back and forth to transfer the bags, there was no assistance at all from anyone in the hotel, that is enough to not comeback by any means to the hotel.

The reception staff were too rude and never helpful when we need help, no clear explanation to anything and really hard to deal with even considering that I am a fluent Turkish language speaker. The rooms are not sound proof with all the noise from the pool side and the neighboring hotel it was not comfortable at all. The pools are dirty! The type of guest here mainly are irrespectful.

Reception staff, were lacking customer skills and we felt they were not welcoming on arrival. As it was us that prompted all the questions in regards to the hotel facilities, especially when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. It felt like the night staff seemed uninterested to help with only one individual on the desk during night. Guest relations with the exception of one lady were unhelpful, unfriendly and not very uninterested to help with any issues that we experienced. Most of the responses to our questions on how to get out and about where met with 'Check on Google'. So we were confused as to their purpose of their role other than booking a la carte dinner for us at the selected restaurant. Furthermore, we had any issue on the last night with our room where a creature had entered the roof of our room at 4am. The creature created a constant loud noise which resembled a fire alarm. Reception were informed as guest relations close at 11pm. Maintenance was called at 5am but were unable to resolve the issue. We told the only option was to pack all our belonging at 6am and move the another room at the other side of the resort. We requested for them to allow us to move our stuff in the morning, but we were told no. The new room wreaked of cigarettes to the point where my wife was nauseated , but we were told it either this room or stay in the room where we were unable to sleep due to the unbearable noise where we were moving from. We spoke to guest relations the next morning to see if they could allow us a late check out as we had not slept much the previous night.

Hotel was clean with great food selection that was available 24/7. Entertainment provided was good and was catered to all ages. Service staff as in waiters, bar staff and cleaners were all great, friendly and helpful.
