Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThat we were the only Belgian people there, but anyway with the englisch people we could talk. The environment is not so intresting. You have to rent a car or take a taxi to go to Oludeniz or Hisanarou.
It was a very good stay! The staff was very friendly, the cleaness was excellent! We enjoyed the hotel very much! The food was also very fresch and tasty.

SlovakiaThe selection of food could be a bit better, we were missing small things such as shredded cheese during lunch/dinner and bacon during breakfast. Also bigger selection of meat and more fish/pasta would be great. The bar was missing an option to order mixed drinks/cocktails. P.S.: Please pay more attention to the rabbits, their water hasn’t been cleaned/changed not even once during our stay.
Very tasty food, nice environment, great entertaimment, very friendly staff. Great value for money and the best place to spend a holiday in Ölüdeniz. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaSo many things, having been to Turkey several times this hotel did not deliver in any shape or form, the food was absolutely disgusting, seemed to be stuff left overseas, then mixed in with something, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed, I have ever slept in and a towel like bed cover, no hot water In the shower, the most dangerous thing is the floor tiles become very slippery when wet, not non slip, the pool slide is only open for two hours a day if your lucky, not ideal for disabled, overall very poor
The pool was the only highlight and the setting

Czech RepublicWe had a very unpleasant situation with the receptionist. We had a reservation through booking from 5-12.7, payment was made on the spot. Although there was already a problem back then, because the receptionist, a lady with glasses, gave the credit card the other way around, and then told us that it was not possible to pay by card. Finally it worked. But 9.7. an employee from the reception came to tell us that we have to leave the hotel by 12 o'clock. We didn't understand why??? We had a printed voucher, the lady kept telling us that the stay ends today. Finally, another woman at the front desk figured out the problem. Another family from Russia was staying under our room number. So, although the situation was resolved, we had a very bad day. Moreover, the lady didn't even apologize properly... But otherwise all the staff were great, so the holiday was great....
the food was excellent, great quality, variety. Beautiful location in the mountains, possibility of trips around the area by local buses. The staff was very friendly, with one exception. Perfect animation. And even though we had one day ruined because of the receptionist, it doesn't change the fact that we really liked the hotel

United KingdomYou couldn’t meet friendlier and more helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff especially deserve the credit. The lady on the desk (sorry we never got her name) was extremely helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate, the cleaning staff, again very friendly, do an amazing job. The food was good and so was the all inclusive drinks.
