This is by far one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in Tobago over the short term. It's both a no-frills place but also all the frills/creature comforts place through communal amenities.

There was nothing to dislike.

I liked everything about this property. The location, the price, the facilities, the cleanliness and the ambience. I received clear instructions from the owner, Andrew, and my questions were answered quickly and concisely. Andrew is a great host and made me feel very welcome in his home. I enjoyed our chats very much indeed. I only wish that I could have stayed longer.

Very nice host and convenient location. The host also so kind to give us some tips on the local etiquette of Tobago. The location is practically walking distance from all the area' highlights. (Beaches , food avenue) We stayed in one of the rooms, which was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. ( spacious own bathroom, toilet, AC) Next to that it was very clean. Bed was comfortable and practically no outside noise during sleeping.

This too is not in focus of the need and necessity of my stay in Bon Accord,. As in a Playback, I believe I may have actually been in Bon Accord and Candles in the wind during my younger days Attending Public Education in Trinidad itself. Albeit,. I felt Welcomed and I had a Shower and a Bed Out from the Elements of Nature. Thank you.

Did not cycle through Candles in the wind in Bon Accord thinking, Relax with Breakfast, my concern was stuck in and on my travel to my return destination which I accomplished. I did visit Englishman's Bay and Plymouth on my own Overnight from Candles in the wind, did not meet Candice, Andrew was Just Great as a Host in itself.

The showers weren’t great pressure wise. The room was a little dusty and very hot during the day. Can imagine it being uncomfortable if there’s a few people in the dorm.

As it’s an attic room it gets really hot during the day but as i was out at the beach most days it’s not a huge issue.

Andrew the owner is so lovely and really helpful with planning your stay. He gave me some good advice about things to do and places to eat etc. He’s always asked how my day had been when i returned in the afternoon and is lovely to chat to in general. There was a good kitchen to be able to cook in and the bed was comfortable. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The facility is in a great location;near to restaurants, the casino and beaches like Store Bay. It is great facility if you don't have a car. Everything is within walking distance. The host of the place is extremely friendly.

Facilities in the dormitory were basic, but fine. The only major issue was that there were mosquitoes coming in from the space between two cylinder blocks in the attic wall. There were strong fans provided and focusing them on you at night kept the mosquitoes at bay, but the attic could do with a few mosquito nets.

The host and owner, Andrew, is very friendly and welcoming. He provided some great recommendations to my friend who had a few hours to kill in Crown Point before his flight out. The house is quite unique with many nooks and crannies. It is also well located in town, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Andrew the host was great! He was super nice, knowledgeable about the island and was happy to chat or give space. He was kind enough to let me come with his family on a day trip up the coast and see some sights! The location is great,and public transport is easily taken around the island. Highly recommended!

The toilet was small and the shower was not hot, but it was ok for me.

Andrew is the perfect host, he helped me with all the information I need while planning my trip an also when I was already in the hostel, including to fix my bag that had a problem with the zipper. He gives all the important tips and advices about tours, how to get to differents points in the island, restaurants, supermarkets, exchanging money, etc... I met great people at the hostel thanks to him too. The hostel has a great location, near the airport, restaurants, bars, and bus stop, just short walking distance from 3 beaches in Crown Point

Its close to everything, beaches, supermarket, bus station and airport too. The dorms are very big. Lockers also included. The host is very nice and likes to talk with his guests, its a good place to stay and would stay again if I go to Tobago :)

that i didnt stay longer!

My host Andrew was very helpful about getting around Bon Accord and he was very friendly. He made me feel as though I was staying at his house in a family kind of way. The location Of Candles In The Wind is very central with everything you need just a short walk away. I enjoyed going to swim at Store Bay everyday and wish I could have stayed longer! Next time! He also gave me a ride to the airport which was very helpful!
