The hotel is more than 10 years old, the decorations and interior of the room are outdated, and we received an old traditional key to unlock of our room, I was expecting a get card key.

The location of this hotel is great, just a few minutes walk from the MRT station. What we like the most is, we can enjoy the hot springs right in our hotel room. There are lot of restaurants nearby, the ones we went are pretty good.

I expected a queen size bed because I was alone. There should be a lighting above the sofa. On my second day water from faucet of hot spring water was cold. Breakfast must be warm.

Overall very good for the room and shower room. I liked the hot spring water in the tub (on the first day).

The large bath tubs with onsen water and sauna in the room were extremely nice. The room was large and comfortable, but breakfast was a bit less varied than at other hotels in a similar price range.

Uncomfortable to access my car, when I want to go to my car or drive my car, I must be always ask staff to get my car's key and go to the car with staff only. and Breakfast is a box set serve in the room.

The room doesn't have a heating, which is normal in Taiwan. So it can be quite cold during January when we went. But it's definitely not a huge problem, you just gotta use the sauna more!

The room is wonderful! We happily used both the sauna and hot spring tub. It was a great experience. We just regret that we didn't book at least 1 more day before continuing our travels. 4 days is the minimum to fully enjoy all the facilities.

Location was excellent, close to public transport, good restaurants, beautiful and interesting hotspring neighborhood. Private hot spring tub in the room was excellent.

One of the major problems is that there is no regular hot water inside the shower in the morning, and even takes a long time longer than 5 minutes for hot water to arrive for regular showers to prep for hot springs dipping. The computer also doesn't work inside the laundry room. Internet service is also spotty.

I love the hot springs being inside the rooms and I can take my own time and use the hot springs as long as I like.

A little moldy in the hot spring tub and curtains. Don’t have any public hot spring on property.

Great location, literally steps away from xinbeitou station. Came slightly early and staff allowed early check in for me. Hot spring available in the room. Extra pillows and blanket available in the cupboard. Supermarket and shops available below hotel.

It’s was too cold, perhaps due to the time of the year.

The bed was comfortable, just it was a little cold due to the weather, we stayed for just 1 night this time round and didn’t bother to ask if we could adjust the room temperature as it was abt 16-17 degree. The check in time was 7pm due to public holiday and check out was 12pm the next day. Breakfast was good, in additional to the private hot spring tub. Wished we could have spend more days there.

Not yet sure about the SPA bathtub - nice to have it but wouldn't book just because of that. Property is more expensive than many in Taipei, but service doesn't feel premium.

Excellent location,2 minutes from MRT station. Beitou park and all attractions are very close. Private hot spring tube in your bathroom. Decent breakfast.

Layout of the room was weird, like it was a bigger room that had been cut, There was a weird pillar and a unusable corner. The room we were in was also facing the backside of another building with a compressor staring right at us. We kept the curtains and windows closed.

The location was good, next to the Xin Bei Tou train line. Room was clean, bath tub was great. Hot spring water was quick to fill and easy to cool with the taps on the side. Smelt like sulfur due to the spring water, but it was a great experience to have. Sat in the tub for more than an hour getting wrinkly as tub was just easy to relax in.

Room a bit outdated, but it was clean. We had 2 rooms, one had a normal size but the other room was a bit small.

Simple but fine hotel. Breakfast was fine, but not a lot off options when you are not used to the asian breakfast. Rooms where clean.
