Very convenient located near ximending Love the breakfast spread and staff super friendly

the one down side is the ugly and uncomfortable sight at level 1 (old lobby), its really a turn off that we have to go through it everyday when we walk pass it to take the lift. it looks scary and dilapidated. doesn't fit your hotel, assuming it is not a territory that you can fix?

bedroom TWIN was spectacular, with a XMD view. bed was great, room was nice, services at counter was awesome. i didnt expect it to be so perfect to be honest.

Location is just at the heart of XMD. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Able to arrange private transport to airport and day tour.

They don’t have power converter. Not all electronics are compatible or can be used with 110V. Some staff are unfriendly who don’t know how to smile at least when guests are asking them something. But some are nice and approachable.

The property is located through the underpass (Ximen metro mall) at exit 6, but there is no elevator and you would have to climb a flight of stairs, which can be abit hard due to luggage. However, another option is to take the lift up at the Ximen station instead and walk along the street to the hotel. This caused the location to not be very ideal but still acceptable.

The property was extremely spacious and there were lots of places to hang coats and bags. Breakfast also tasted pretty good and all the dishes changed everyday throughout our stay. Free tidbits were also provided.

The soundproofing may not be that good as the neighbouring unit came over one morning to complain that my kids were too noisy and her kid was still sleeping.

love the comfortable double beds which was perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast had a good variety. Also loved the free flow snacks area and the games that were available. Very kids-friendly as well.

The aircon temperature in the room was too cold. I had asked the reception for help in adjusting the temperature but was told that I should just wait for 30minutes for the room temperature to rise. But it didn’t and it kept going down to 15-16 deg Celsius. I gave up and just switched off the aircon.

Very well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff, good location, and excellent rooms. The location was excellent, close to food, cafes and public transportation. A 7/11 was right beneath it too!

Room size for family suite is smaller than expected with no space to open up luggages.

Location is good as you can direct access to ximeng station via under pass. Breakfast have good variety of choices and refill of food is very fast.

The temperature in the room is not adjustable, is controlled by centralised aircon. We felt very cold sometimes (at 18 degree) . But overall stay is very pleasant & comfortable.

The location is superb, walking distance to many eateries. Very close to Ximendin & metro station. 7Eleven is just below hotel. Room is clean & spacious with sufficient amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly & helpful.

I’m surprised there is no lock for the bathroom and toilet. Those coming with friends might need to remember that. My room was right opposite the lift. Can hear the chime & people walking along the corridors. The Muslim-Friendly breakfast prepared each morning was generally the same almost every day, consisting of a plate of salad, another plate with an uncut apple and cherry tomatoes, a bowl of white rice, and a bowl of beef stew (tomato or curry). After eating it for 5 days straight, wish there were more varieties (such as omelette or seafood, or even bread/bun/bao).

A stone throwaway from Ximending shopping street. Many eateries and convenient stores near the hotel. Near Ximen MRT station exit 6 (no escalators or lift though). There’s also free use of washer and dryer on level 5. Need to pay NTD$10 for a pack of laundry detergent which you could get at the lobby. Took the twin bed room - adequate space for luggages etc. Many hocks on the wall to hang your clothes etc as there is no wardrobe. A Muslim-friendly hotel. Near to the two Halal Beef Noodles eating place.
