Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe smell of smoke in the room was heavy (worst in Taiwan so far). Little cockroaches in the room. If you have kids watch out, TV has a lot of porn channels.
Very friendly staff at reception. Smooth check in. Water and towels provided. The hotel overall is good, but the building is old and the rooms not super big. Standard size. Location is good, close to some main attractions but not close to any station. It was okay for a couple nights.

United StatesBed was kinda hard and cramped into a corner of the room. Not really anywhere to put your bags down except for the floor. Check-in desk was too relaxed. Probably used to be a nice hotel.
Windowless room, but good sound proofing. Bathroom was decent with good water pressure and even temperature. Good location.

South KoreaI was very disappointed because I was here for professional business, I had a very important interview and I told the staff that I wanted a quiet room to succeed in my interview. However, somebody from the staff kept phoning me during the interview with the room phone and then came to knock loudly on my door during 5 min while I was still doing my interview.

South Korea1. I asked because there was no tissue in the bathroom. 2. There is a hole under the discharge door. Noise, bugs, wind, and cigarette smells can come in, but it's hard to understand why they didn't block it. It was a remodeled hotel, but it was weird. 3.tv didn't receive well, so I fixed it. 4. The hallway smelled especially bad of cigarettes. 5. Hotel man. I think the owner has changed. 6. The police are out. I think there are some weird people in the hotel. 7. There is hair and blood on the bedding.
