The room has everything you need and is well stocked with snacks, drinks and water which are complimentary. There is also small canteen serving light refreshments too! The room we booked was spacious and clean. Everything is perfect

Hotel in a good location with a short walk to the nearest MRT Station. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with my Credit Card being blocked and they were extremely helpful in allowing me use their phone in reception to make contact with Bank. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. AC excellent and a very nice Jacuzzi Bath. Shower was very good. Wi-Fi also worked well.

The exit sign by the entrance of our room was too strong so it made it difficult to sleep, as it was on the inside of the room and about as strong as the flashlight function of a phone. It was possible to turn off but we needed tape for that and it is perhaps not the safest option. If it is possible to lower the strength of the light, it would be a more comfortable sleeping experience.

I have booked a room with window and it was facing the street. The is lack of good windows and all the traffic from the busy street is quite audible and bothersome.

I thought the wardrobe was too small with little provisions.

Room was very spacious and well lit. The bathroom was huge and it came with jacuzzi. Breakfast choices were excellent.

The wifi had issues. Getting a taxi was not easy. They need to make sure the wifi is working and not wait for guests to inquire about it. If you do not ask, they also will not do anything about the poor connection. Also needs improvement on the English of some front desk staff for easier communication.

Location was good. Relatively clean and mini bar was free. Breakfast fare was good. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

About a 10 minute walk to Taipei 101 and subway. Room was spacious. Nice jacuzzi tub although we didn't use it. Complimentary beverages and snacks inside room.

Room was very clean with adequate amenities. We had a 3rd guest with us and they had set up the sofa bed nicely. Overall staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our short stay.

When I complained about Wi-Fi in the room no one tried to come up and check the status in the room they just explained another 5g line which is not contacted and shown most of time. So i felt very frustrated and the staffs are very passive and try to putt off customers’s inconvenient situations or hope you guys can improve your customer service more actively

Good thing is absolutely the location easily accessible and the bath tub was good

Would not recommend the rooms without window. Without alarm you sleep in. Yakuzzi could have been more clean, so I didn’t use it. No bar or room to socialize

(1) I could hear traffic all the time. I have not stayed in any room with this level of noise for years, including hotels right next to railways in Sapporo and Vienna. This hotel could have used better glass window to reduce the noise. (2) I booked this room because it is 42 square meters. But this room (while still more spacious than most rooms in other hotels) doesn't feel that big. I think it is because its bathtub takes up too much space. (3) the room is clean but the bathroom floor always floods after shower. (4) the soap and shampoo are Italy-made, but they are just so so. I think the hotel could have used better-quality local brands.

Excellent location, which is walking distance to major shopping area including the Taipei 101. The room was clean. The staff were friendly as well.
