We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was my second time staying at Ryan's Bay for a business trip. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The choices at the breakfast buffet are pretty varied and the restaurant has great options. The indian food is excellent! The staff is friendly and helped me book a taxi to the airport.

I enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and view of the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is reasonably priced. Staff were professional.
