Although the location is great if you want to walk up and down the hill you have to be pretty careful since the road is quite steep and it can be slippery after snowfall.

My experience was lovely at this hotel, I will definitely recommend this hotels to others. Everything was at high level. Breakfast and lunch was lovely, very delicious options. The room was stunning, modern furnishings throughout the hotel . Staff were very nice and friendly. Lots of facilities to experience- 2 pools, 2 saunas, a relax lounge, a salt room and much more. The view was spectacular and the entertainment provided was particularly enjoyable.

Guys are expanding despite the pandemic and war, which means business positive growth and that makes me happy. But you should be ready that maintenance/building zone nearby allocated and that could be a little noise. But it didn't affect my opinion and the rate of the hotel.

Everything was brilliant! The accommodation were always clean and comfortable, all facilities that had mentioned were available and working well (room for 2 persons with balcony). The view is spectacular, the best I have ever seen. SPA (including the relax massage for couple), pools, gym and hot tub were great, and you also can call the waiter with button bell which is really convenient. The stuff, including waiters, were kind and attentive, pretty professional, and housekeepers did their job 5/5. The breakfast and lunch were fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it's tasty and enough. Cooks were trying to change lunch meals time to time which I appreciate for. The restaurant is amazing, everything on top. There are main hall and lounge area where you can order the hookah if you would like to.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch included was delicious and more than enough. We also had dinner twice in the restaurant. Both times the food was fantastic. The spa and saunas were wonderful. So glad they opened the outdoor pool for us. It was quite the experience to swim outside as the snow is falling around you. And the outdoor jacuzzi at night, with the city lights all around you, in a snowstorm… that is a memory we will have with us for a long time!

Limited schedule for spa activities - only for about a few hours

We liked the hotel last time very much, and that was the main reason for coming there again. We have participated in two entertainments, and that was amazing.

The location might be tricky if you don’t have transportaton, as it is up in one of the mountains. Because of the snow, many taxis didn’t want to go one evening, amd we had to climb up in the middle of a kind of snow storm.

The hotel is brand new, super modern and comfortable. We had both breakfast and lunch included which made it very convenient, plus the food was delicious. The staff was amazing, always happy to help.

Not much but would be better to be more informative about the live music on in the restaurant. For example we didn't know anything about the music until we entered.

The breakfast and lunch was great, the restaurant in the evening was absolutely fantastic. Credit to the chef, Jack Daniels burger was very delicious. The live music was also great 👍

Sauna wasn’t always working properly. When you are choosing hotel with name SPA you consider that this zone will work just perfect. Hope, it’s something that can be fixed. We’d like to come back.

We stayed in the hotel in the beginning of August. What we didn't really like was the music in public areas, which was often too loud for us. For example, in the restaurant, in sauna and at the pool outside. The music itself is nice (instrumental), only too loud.

Very friendly and helpful personnel 😊 We also enjoyed panoramic view overlooking the whole village and mountains from the restaurant and terrases. Stunning view from the outside pool during sunset 🤩 We also liked that the rooms have all the facilities you need and are cleaned every day. The spa is also clean. You will also be offerred a variety of dishes for breakfast and lunch (in case it's included in the price) - oats, eggs, sausages, pancackes, cheese, fruits and veggies, even pasta and buckwheat! It was a pleasant bonus to get a fresh bottle of water in the room every day. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you 💚
