There was a slight sulfuric smell in the water in our cabin, in the spa of the premises this wasn't an issue. It wasn't anything alarming as I grew up with a well and this was an normal occurrence.

The location was great and in a three bedroom chalet there were no privacy issues, even with five people. Everything was very comfortable and there were two bathrooms.

Would be nice if there was enough and hot enough water in the rooms. Also , there was a kettle , however, the cable was too short and was impossible to make tea. Otherwise, everything was amazing and thank you very much !

The only thing that did not like is noisy neighbors! The smell of water is specific, but this is warned immediately at the reception! Sometimes slippery, because the territory of the hotel on a slope, but it is all cleaned! Buy more PS consoles since there were no consoles available 2 days in a row))

Didn’t use the breakfasts but the teas and new desserts were very good! And all the other food is good too. The room was much better than I expected! Large area where you can walk around. Mini zoo and llamas and goats! For kids top! Its own mini slide, rent skis and snowboards and all the equipment there, and there is also teaching skiing! And a lot of recreation and entertainment areas for the whole family!(Spa, 2 restaurants, food delivery to the room, board games and PS for rent, barbecues, tubing, etc.).

Sometimes it can be loud outside due to construction work or vehicle maintenance, such as washing quad bikes in front of the building, which can be quite distressing.

The territory of the hotel is very big and beautiful, you can take a walk, sit on the swing or visit the animals like goats. The property is stylish, an the view from the room is marvelous. The food in the restaurants were always great. On our last day, the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of champagne, which is very cute.

Building process around (because the place itself and Bukovel around are still developing) - but seems to be finished till winter season. Rather far from Bukovel center (car needed)

Big territory away from the noisy town center, clean, green, two pools, tiny buildings, kids zoo, kids club, rich breakfast with champagne, extremely helpful staff, comfortable clean and modern designed rooms, all new bathrooms, water supply every day, not far from walking routes (boasts its own), delicious food in the restaurant, pleasant music. In winter they'll have their own ski mountain and tubing trace. Easy to drive to nearby villages as the hotel is on the entrance of Polyanytsia

Very compact spa, besides it is not included in the price. Not designed for that many people. There is not enough space for cars, cars are placed in several rows and if you are in the second row, you can be called at any time to rearrange the car. In addition to the main restaurant and a small Gastro bar, there is nowhere to eat.

There is a problem with parking places. Sometimes personnel calls you and asks to move your car.

The location is nice, but it depends on the house you get. Some of the houses are located in less picturesque places.
