I was only missing some tea, coffee and drinking water. It would be nice if you could provide them in the future as a compliment to your guests.

Very very unfortunate and unpleasant experience. Firstly their elevator/lift doesn’t work. I arrived at 10:30pm and they told me “it just got broken”. I asked for help because I had two big and one small suitcases. The boutique hotel is located on 2-4 floors. But they didn’t offer help… unfortunately I pulled my wrist and my lower back because of lifting heavy suitcases on their staircase to the second floor. Next day the staff made me stressed out with pretending there was no smoking smell in the hallway. The smoke smell was coming to my room from the hallway. I went to the reception on the same second floor where my room was with a complaint that there was strong smell of someone smoking in the hotel… I asked her to solve the issue but she pretended that there was no smell… i asked them to give their manager contact info and they rejected. Also they said because of the war their elevator doesn’t work but in their booking description it is noted there is a working elevator. I moved out from this hotel. I will never be back.

Location . I stayed at this boutique hotel a few times because of the location and convenience to the main attractions and metro Teatralna station.

The sewerage smell in the bathroom is problematic, and unless you remember to keep the door shut it will spread to the bedroom. The room looks nicer in the pictures than it does in reality (it is still fine, but things are kind of worn out, small details are broken or defective, etc.). The cleaning was so-so (floor a bit sticky, dust collected on "secondary" surfaces, etc.). Finally, the door leading to the stairwell/elevator was almost always left open/unlocked, probably because of the guests not putting in the extra effort to close it properly. The reason for this is that the locking mechanism was somewhat defective, especially when trying to lock the door from the inside (you need a little patience). I'm sure this can easily be fixed, and hopefully they will do it asap.

The room was spacious and warm, and the bed was unusually comfortable (hotel beds tend to be cheap and hard in Ukraine, but not this one). Location is excellent, right in the city centre and only metres from the entrance to the Tealtral'na metro station.

The reason I chose this apartment was because it had a jacuzzi, but the hot water was so bad I could barely take a shower nevermind fill a bath tub. It was really disappointing.

The location and staff were excellent. And the apartment was really large and comfortable.

I found some used shampoo packages and a hair string on the shower shelf. The shower was clogged. The shower had only a rain-like mode, only possibly to take a full shower. The toilet paper was over during my stay and though there was room service while I was out, neither the toilet paper was renewed nor the used shampoo removed. ugh. altogether the bathroom looked dirty in the places that are not frequently used. the bed was very tall to climb onto. when I was checking out the reception was locked, luckily I heard some room service people in another room and left the key with them.

I liked the location, the room design was pleasant to look at, the place is quite quiet.

amazing location in center of Kyiv with subway stations nearby, a lot of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Clean rooms with everything you need especially for a short-termed stay in Kyiv.

- there was a pice of lose roof metal tile above our room that the wind kept banging all night. Very noisy experience. - the room was dirty with stains on the walls and carpet - very poor internet connection - very very noisy bed - our bedroom had no view - the furniture is very poorly kept, nothing like the booking pictures. - we had 2 AC in our apartment, non of them worked - the bathroom taps were rusty

"Hotel" is only for instagram photosession. Bad smell in the bathroom, broken furniture. It's not a hotel at all. Owner bought several apartments and made very cheap renovation. As a result, you need to use common entrance to the building that all people use. Entrance is old and dusty. There is an elevator which can be used only by 1 person with weight appropriately not more 70 kg. My recommendation - it's better to rent a separate apartment than book a room on this "hotel"

On general, I was satisfied with this property. For a few days and on a budget, I can recommend this property.

The property is in a good location within walking distance of the center city of Kiev. The property is an old building, and the entrance is at a lower level within an old courtyard. Once inside the building there is a flight of stairs and access to upper floor by a very small elevator. There is something very nostalgic about the old building and the pleasantly decorated renovated rooms. The rooms are small but comfortable for two people. Amenities are adequate and the bed comfortable. Large windows allow a lot of light into the room. if you are spending a few days in Kyiv on a budget and need access to the center of the city, this is a good choice.

The receptionist who insisted that she’s also a manager (even though she wore cleaning clothes & I see her cleaning a neighbouring bathroom, plus I had previously spoken to the male manager) was so extraordinarily unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. The previous day there was no water in the hotel whatsoever, being from the moment I arrived, at 11pm the Hotel still had no idea when the issue would be resolved, so I booked another property. the water ended up being turned on at midnight. I ended up deciding to rebook this hotel and requested to have the same room, which was a agreed, but I was subserviently refused this room and allocated a similar neighbouring room, which I re-booked online, but this extraordinarily unpleasant receptionist/cleaner, refused to give me the room I had booked (the number of the room was even given online) and downgraded me to another room. I had to call the Hotel & send many messages of complaint, before the actual room I booked was given to me. I had also insisted to speak to the manager, but she constantly refused and every time I see her, she had the worst vibes Imaginable. I will never stay in this unfriendly, disrespectful and dishonest Hotel ever again and will avoid it like the Black Plague.

There is an immigration office near the main door to the building- the corridor is always crowded during the day making it inconvenient, annoying and unsafe during the pandemic. At night, people gather in the courtyard outside the building to chat and drink. Even though the building is near the Kreschatik Street, it did not feel safe. In fact, my device got stolen while returning from the Opera around 9:30 PM!
