Location can be not the best for travelers without a car. But I think it’s not a problem, you should just mention this point

The menu is the week point. It was really difficult to pick something for the person who doesn't eat meat and who eats a lot of vegetables and greens and some fruits. You have here a way to improve :)

The room was well designed, comfortable bed, great curtains with 100% light coverage from outside. The pool was right after my room so it was really nice and easy to go to swim. The hotel team was really nice and caring. Wife worked well both in my room and on the hotel territory. Thank you 😌

An incredible hotel in a beautiful place between wooded mountains! We really appreciated the kindess and courtesy of the staff. We had an amazing view on the forest. It seems like your room right among the trees! The swimming pool was very clean and water was at a comfortable temperature. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. And breakfast as well. We could choose 4 options on breakfast. We tried only two, but they were very nutritious. I recommend this place!

It's still under construction, so some pieces not completely finished yet, like parking or dining room. Place located near the main road to Bukovel, so it might be downside for someone. But it's really obvious when you book, just check the location on the map :-) Also there is not much around the place itself, but it's great for someone travelling by car.

Room very clean, everything is new and modern, amazing bed, Smart TV, modern design, breakfast is tasty, amazing view from the balcony, very polite staff. Menu and prices in local restaurant are amazing. It's much cheaper than in Bukovel and in most cases tastes better. I would say price/quality ratio is on very good lvl for this place.

I didnt like the parking, but I understand that it is still under construction. Also it is quite dangerous to walk along the road, as there is no area designated for pedestrians.

The hotel is new, everything is in loft style, very clean and with style. Bathroom was amazing, the common areas are well arranged. And it feels like a very expensive and well thought building. One of the best hotels I have seen in this region.

The room was at the road side, so constant/occasional traffic (view + sound) destroyed relaxation and connection with nature.

Brand new apartments, relatively close to Bukovel. Awesome view (on the forest side of the hotel). Very cozy and comfortable room.

We could hear everything that was happening in the rooms around us - literally no soundproof at all. You have to order breakfast in advance and choose specific time when you’d like to have breakfast. We booked 8 AM breakfast and by the time we got to the dining room, everything we ordered was already on the table, cold and stale, and it was not even 8 am yet.

Nice and new hotel, the staff was very polite and cheerful. Comfy beds. Good value for the money.

Reimbursement policy in case of cancellation in advance, Basically at least part of costs which are designated for breakfasts can be returned back. And ideally when guest informs hotel in advance about their absence, so costs of expenses are 0 by hotel, would be great to refund fully or partially.
