Nothing it was lovely!

Very easy to check in, we arrived close to midnight and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute angel, she had such a radiant smile and the sweetest personality. She immediately gave a first impression of care and hospitality. The room we booked was very nice, had a few small but noticeable wear and tear damages for use but nothing bad. Room was very clean and staged nicely, we did pass one housekeeper in the lobby at one point and she was very sweet to us. Checking out was a breeze thanks to the gentleman that took care of us. 10/10 experience we will definitely be returning here for future trips.

Facilities and room well kept. Room appeared to be recently updated. This is not a luxury hotel, but a decent, value-priced hotel. Nothing lavish, yet comfortable. Location offset from main street; quieter than many hotels in this category.

The maintenance crew is seriously lacking. I believe Stephanie has already reported it to Sid but there were several instances of bad service: 1) Stood outside my door for over 20 minutes waiting on a maintenance man to open my door when my card didn't work. He should be fired! (It wasn't Sid.) 2) The Safe needed to be replaced - wouldn't lock - unacceptable. 3) the TV and showerhead needed fixing. I didn't know beds weren't made every day - would have ask for every other day.

Stephanie was outstanding, as was Thomas at the front desk. Stephanie even drove me during her off hours. The room was good. Didn't use the pool or any amnenties.

There was 2 of the 5 office people that had been so rude. So unprofessional. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. The online price and reservation wasn't acceptable to one jerk in the office. They had gotten my renewal but canceled it because they had over booked my size room. I was made to pay double the price I booked for or I had 5min to "pack my support dog and get out." When I didn't have enough cash on hand he told me " give me what you have in your pocket and pay the balance within an hour or ill throw you out." There was a women in the office equally as rude, that kept making rude comments because I wouldn't pay a deposit on my ' SERVICE DOG' she kept saying what's wrong with you that you have to have a dog with you.

Had to check out towels for the pool. I get it, but you don't know that until you get to the pool and have to go to the office to get some.

The Pool and Location are fabulous! Rooms are a little dated, Bed and pillows are great!.

The lobby was not super welcoming and the staff, though pleasant, were more focused on the phone calls coming in than on the guests at the front desk.

No breakfast. Didn’t have a chance to check out fitness center. The room was pretty clean.

Very limited food choices within walking distance. This hotel does not have a microwave/mini-fridge or breakfast service. Maid service left a stack of clean towels and took used soap but didn't leave any new soap - kind of weird.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Pool and hot tub were nice and allowed for separated groups of people.

Pool area was great; towels, water, access. The Bed was comfortable. Room was small but everything worked. An pleasant extensive city walking park next door. This is an older refurbished hotel at a bargain price.

The room was very small and not up to date. The paint on the wall was chipping off and when I pulled the towel off of the towel rack in the bathroom, the towel rack just fell off of the wall.

The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub in the room was nice.

The price for one night was very expensive for what we got. I understand it was due to us reserving last minute but the room is not worth $333 for a night.

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean. This was my second time staying here. I enjoyed my stay, but I just wish they offered breakfast.

Paint was peeling. The cover on the ac unit was falling off. Everything in the room just looked worn out, as if they aren't keeping up on it.
