Older hotel, awkward sink, view was literally a brick wall, thin door, banging pipes in the morning. No temp controls but for opening or closing the window.

Good location, friendly staff, shared kitchen was unexpected nice addition. Clean. Bed and pillows were sufficiently comfortable. Slept well.

I would put a better note if there weren’t cockroaches in our room the last night of our stay and in the morning before the check out.Fortunately,it was at the end of the trip… but we needed to check our bags to be sure there is none inside before taking the plane.

The location is great! Our room was a double one and it was good. The bed was super comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept in a hotel.

Good facility providing washing machine, simple breakfast making oven etc. shared mirror on the hallway. Big room and quiet. It is a bit cold at night as the sheet is not that thick.

It was very good located, near Chinatown. It has a free coffee for all the guests.

The constant scent of weed is hard to handle and it also reaches the last corner of the hotel. The surrounding streets are full of addicted homeless people who are constantly yelling day and night (ear plugs are available at the reception).

It was close to the destination and the receptionists are friendly and supportive. The rooms were clean and all the tools were available as described on the booking site.

The windows are too thin, and street noise made it difficult to sleep. Windows need to be double or triple glazed. They also need to be cleaned from outside, and curtains need to be replaced to black out the night light. Gaps between curtains and walls are too wide. It would be a good idea to install a couple of hooks for towels and clothes in bathroom and bedroom.

Negative side: Particularly annoying noises because of very thin walls and you can hear everything that is happening/said in the neighboring rooms (music at night, ...). Very small room: little space to put things down (especially if a large suitcase), sink in the room, separate bathroom... really very weird: for example, the towel rack in the bathroom while the sink is close to the bed... Few electrical outlets, none close to the bed. Bedding: pillows "encapsulated" by "plastic" pillowcases (??? I had never seen this before) despite cotton pillowcases / very uncomfortable feeling to sleep (noisy, sweaty...).

Positive sides: well located in the city, close to the BART for airport access. Undergoing paint renovation in the lobby when I was there. Quite "rustic" lift, but already great and pleasant to have one! Clean common areas. Excellent wifi signal. Staff personnel very nice, at any time ready to help/provide advice if needed.

The room was small and had a bit bed smell, so we left window open whole day. Also, Bed was so small and uncomfortable.

Staff was fantastic! They were really kind! This is only thing I satisfied with this hotel :)
