I think the showers in the shared bathrooms need an upgrade. Everything in them is old and dated. They were clean but very tired looking. I stayed at the Ace Hotel 10+ years ago and had a better impression of the facilities.

The staff is the best part of the Ace Hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The lobby still makes me smile with all the green plants arranged on a table. For some reason, the rooms were smaller than I remembered! But still great for a one night stay.

I stayed for a business trip. It isn't your typical hotel but that was a selling point. The room had post-modern academia core vibes. I felt right at home. The staff were friendly. My room was peaceful. The breakfast had great options and excellent coffee. Amazingly it was the best coffee I had on my trip.

The Ace was fantastic. Super central and cute. We really appreciated finding an affordable, friendly hotel so wonderfully close to the water and everything in Belltown. We'll definitely stay there again!

Only letdown was the noise from the street. We stayed on Friday night and Seattle was rocking. Slept well with ear plugs, other might not.

Great hotel, lovely staff and simple, but cool rooms. Coffee and pastries served in the morning. Would happily stay again. Good deal for the price. Good location to see the city.

We were put in an interior room so windowless but had a door to a shaft (there was construction going on so we didn’t go out there) that let light in. You couldn’t hear anything from outside so if you were a light sleeper this would’ve been an ideal room — I probably would have requested a different room if we’d been there more than a couple nights.

Excellent location and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. I love the vibe of this property! There was a breakfast on offer too that had some good looking croissants but I only tried the coffee (which was solid!). It was clean and smelled really nice in the hallways.

It would be nice if there was ready made coffee or like Keurig because I’m forgetting the ability to make coffee in a regular coffee maker which is my fault, but fixing that could be a thing for an accommodations providers to consider. I get not doing it though.

Breakfast is alright. I got toast and that was good, but I was intimidated by the coffee machine after getting used to Keurigs, which is a me problem, but it stopped me from making coffee. Staff was very nice and accommodating and I don’t really want to make any real complaints, I liked staying there.

We stayed over NYE and so it was busy/noisy outside our windows and you can hear other people in their rooms when the hotel was full on NYE. Not a huge deal for us! Cost of our nights was also probably the highest it ever is because of NYE and Seahawks game, so the value wasn’t there for this trip, but we knew that going in.

Room was cute and all we needed as we spent very little time in it. Every staff member we encountered were awesome and helpful! Nice little kitchen downstairs and loved being able to have tea at night and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Very convenient location. We were able to walk all over downtown/Pike’s Place etc. Tons of great restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks. Street parking was actually much more plentiful than we thought it would be!

There’s nothing I didn’t like about my stay or my room. I did learn that some rooms share a bathroom & that wouldn’t be awesome.. however my room was perfect!

This was a really cool boutique type hotel. My room was one with a shower behind the bed! That was the best part. There was a bathroom, a fridge & also a neat terrarium in my room. They had amazing products to use too!

Price is a bit high

The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen and breakfast options were perfect. Good coffee. Nice employee’s great location to walk around the city and the pikes market.

Staff was super friendly. Facilities were great. Nice grab and go breakfast (pastries were very yummy) and umbrellas for everyone who forgot to pack one (me). Location was very central. Walked to Pike's place and the Climate Pledge Arena for a concert. Location was pretty loud at night but we knew that before booking.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were exceptional. I made arrangements to arrive after their regular front desk hours and they were ready for me when I got there. The shared bathrooms were very clean and always available. Overall, a great option for downtown Seattle.
