To us, it reflected what St. Augustine is all about! Lovely people, historic houses, great vibes! Staff was just amazing! Delicious breakfast, perfect location! We would definitely stay there again and recommend to other travellers!

There really was nothing that we didn't like. We're simple folks. This place delivered on everything we were looking for and then some. We will definitely book again.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff made us feel at home especially Angela. She was the best from the moment we arrived until the very end.

The Inn is in the perfect location for the historic downtown area. All the staff team at the Agustin were friendly and welcoming. nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was interesting, with something new everyday. we enjoyed the daily happy hour and the chance to converse with other guests. free parking was also. a bonus. An enjoyable stay.

The rooms we had were nothing like the pictures of the rooms we booked, the furniture was disjointed and didn’t blend, the bathroom area had an old looking bath, no bin in the toilet for disposing of personal products and the vent on the floor was broken, as was the vent in my son’s room. There was a noise machine in the room which we most definitely needed of an evening and there was no champagne in the room as was stated in the description.

The location was simply superb, couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, breakfast was unusual but very tasty and parking was convenient. The staff were lovely and the bathrobes were a nice touch.

PERFECT location!! You can walk to everything! Room is so quaint and clean - we also had a balcony so we could listen to the live music from our room! The staff here is so sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was AMAZING.. not to mention the FREE HAPPY HOUR and baked goodies and snacks!! This is our go-to when we come to St Augustine. Can’t wait to go back next summer!!!

Honestly I have no dislikes about this place.

Right off the main strip off the old shopping street. Amazing breakfast in the morning and they had happy hour 4pm to 5pm for drinks with your neighbors. Was a great couple of days. They have an awesome porch with shaded seating from trees on and near the property.

our room....had to be the worst room in the inn....Room 5, third floor, with a dormer in the middle. Word to the wise....book on inn website in order to pick your room!

Our room (17) was small — much smaller than expected for the price. Had we been staying for more than one night we would have complained. But, we did sleep well in the very comfortable bed. When manager Jessica asked the next day how everything was, we mentioned the room being small. She understood. She then offered to show us three other, bigger and much bigger rooms, and encouraged us to book directly next time and ask for a larger room. We were impressed with the bigger rooms, and appreciated this honesty and sincere wish that we return. Other than the tiny room, everything else about the Inn was very enjoyable.

Location was superb!!! Breakfast was wonderful and we loved sitting outside on a lovely day!
