We asked about a car service & we’re given a phone to call a cab. Later we discovered that the hotel had a shuttle that continuously between the hotel & downtown - wish they would have told us about that option.

We liked the location. Was clean & quiet. We did have a problem with the tv remote, but the person at the front desk was great. She was able to troubleshoot & fix the problem within a few minutes.

Had few roaches in our room when we got there. The shelf top of coat rack had not been wiped clean for a long time.

Location was good. Courtesy shuttle bus to downtown (20$ whole day) was great. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

The AC unit was old and struggled to get the room cool initially.

We had two issues 1. someone had turn the refrigerator/freezer to its highest setting and it had iced up the inside. When we turn the setting down the ice melted and floor got wet around the refrigerator. 2. after our first night housekeeping took our towels and did not replace them. But a trip to the front desk got us more towels. Breakfast was good, but my wife said the coffee was not.

The king suite we stay in was very nice. It was the floor plan that we come to expect and like ("living room/office...separated from the bedroom by bathroom) which allows someone to sleep while the person watches TV or works. My wife (who has worked in housekeeping) appreciated that fact that our mattresses had mattress covers. The room was cleaner than a lot of the rooms we have stayed in.

Our TV didn't work for the entire duration of stay, it turns out that the remote we had was the wrong one and then the spare remote we were given didn't work.

The location was ideal, only 5mins from the airport and 12-15mins from Downtown Nashville. Staff were very friendly, and the beds were really comfortable and what you need after a big day out exploring.

Breakfast was very good and location was near downtown.

The room was nice but we had a room that didn’t have a blackout curtain and all of the white lights from the street were feeling as if we left the lights on. We wake up very tired because the lights affected our sleep.

There were two short power outages during my stay, not sure what that was about. I hope they get that fixed.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, the room was clean, and the price was very reasonable. Not to mention, the breakfast was fantastic! There were a number of hot ready to eat items such as scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as a waffle maker. They also had the usual coffee, juice, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal.

The property itself was really nice. The sad thing was a party of inconsiderate people who were yelling and screaming for an hour in the early evening and then at 1 o’clock in the morning. The manager was called by other people in other rooms. marijuana was strong smelling and women were waking around with cans of alcohol. We were on that same floor. The manager did her best to control them , but it didn’t really work. Had it not been for the time of day we would have left and moved to another hotel.

This property was in a perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt hospital. It was a very nicely situated hotel. The rooms were really nice with a king size bed and a huge TV. The bathrooms are very, very tiny and would not fit larger person.

Found used soap and shampoo in the shower. Other than that the room was clean. Could use another garbage can in the room.

I don't know if it was because of remodeling, but my AC constantly spit out tiny white bits that went onto the floor, desk and chair. The housekeeper kindly vacuumed and tidied up. She was obviously familiar with the issue, but I really don't know what the stuff was.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was nice. There was a wonderful orange infusion served in the lobby near the popcorn machine.

The air conditioning system. It wouldn’t stay on. The rooms need better ventilation. All the chrome fixtures were rusted from moisture.

This hotel was comfortable and very clean, they were still doing a little construction, but that was not a problem. Breakfast was great.

There was a musty smell in room and hallways. Room was not as clean as it could have been, bathroom floor was sticky.
