Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe new room we were moved to still smelt like smoke. We were told it was cleaner. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The AC was off when we arrived and took hours to cool down. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The room was overall uncomfortable. We were also forced to leave a $50 cash deposit in case we smoked. Then when they returned the deposit, they didn’t even check the room which was comical. If you’re looking for a bed to sleep in that is a mile from downtown, this is it. However, do not have any expectations.
We needed to swap rooms because the first one had broken plumbing, water on the floor, and smelt overwhelmingly like smoke.

Definitely cost efficient for a budget. Located 1 mile from Busch Stadium. Covered parking is available. Casino is located at the hotel next door.

The latch on the door was broken and did not work, the bedding had burn holes, the lampshades were torn and dirty, the towel rack was broken and the pieces were in the closet, no smoke detector, floor was cracked, tiles in bathroom were cracked, towels were old and coming apart, and the staff were not friendly. The parking was awful. There were wires exposed in the parking garage.
