First room still had other people's belongings. Second room has nail clippings on floor and no soap in bathroom. It wasn't even that cheap of a night.

They changed our room with no hassle. The hotel was quite all night.

The pool wasn't open or even filled. No continental breakfast, bathroom light was broken, had to request towels and washcloths (only had 1 towel and 1 hand towel when we arrived) Had to make the request 2x's before getting anything to the room. . Ice machine was out of order. Our room wasn't clean, currents were discolored form cigarette smoke, stains on the comforter and sheets were really wrinkled, thankfully I carry some of my own bedding. We ran out of TP during our stay and I stopped and bought some so I didn't have to talk to the front desk aggain. There was $100 deposit taken out with the payment, it was returned but it was unexpected until we arrived to check in.

There really wasn't much of anything we liked. we will not be returning.

Was charged more than the booking. Pool was closed Breakfast was a gallon of milk and cereal Crayon on the walls in the room. Hold on the wall. Only given 1 towel for a 3 person reservation, asked for more, only given 1 more towel Front desk got into a verbal altercation with a customer regarding her lost reservation (she had proof she was correct).

Location was great. Lots of parking.

When we first arrived nobody was at the desk. You have to call a number for someone to come assist you. Rode up the sketchy elevator marked with graffiti. Our room didn’t have any bath towels, one pillow on each bed, and no comforter on the beds. Also, the sign of overwhelming house rules and fees if any rules are broken made me feel uneasy staying there instead of relaxing. Another negative bonus was the pool being out of order as the cherry on top. I almost forgot, my roommates pillow had lipstick on it.

The location was the best feature about the hotel. I also liked the fact it was pet friendly.

The manager and the uncleanliness of the room. Bed sheets and blankets had stains and hair on them. Shower and showers curtain has mold. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. Also was charged for early and late check in when I didn’t check in early or late. I paid to stay for 3 nights and plus 2 separate deposits of $50. And they charged my card without asking or making me aware of any extra charges

Check in took a significantly lengthy time without any communication as to why it was taking so long. I booked a king room and got two double beds. I went downstairs to try to make the switch but there was nobody around and I had an event I needed to get to so I decided just to take the room and forget it since it was for only one night and the cost wasn't much different. The next morning, I went to take a shower and there were no towels in the room. I called down to the front desk and had to get dressed again to run down and get the towel. This wouldn't normally be a problem if the service wasn't already poor. There were no amenities and the place was not clean or well kept. I would not stay there again.

To start off there were no towels in the room, none of the lights worked, the microwave cord had to be wiggled to be able to use the microwave, the floor was not vacuumed, the pool was not open, and there was no battery in the smoke detector. When I asked to have one be put I. There the front desk staff looked for about 5 minutes for a battery and then gave me two and said to me “just in case one of them doesn’t work”. I feel like there are some codes being broken here.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was where we needed to be. There was also a hy-vee next door to it which was great. Other than that it was not a good experience.

Ice machine broken, no water in pool, stained sheet, no trim installed along flooring, no coffee in room, one paper cup provided, could only get cnn on tv, sink area not clean. Overall very poor - no amenities! Deserve a refund!!

Well the ad for the hotel talked about the great indoor pool they had which didn't even have water in it and i had just driven1900 mi w lots of hotel stops & NONE of them were empty or NOT in service !! The room also came with breakfast which when i checked in NOBODY said that the breakfast wasn't offered anymore or at this time. Had we been told that we would of gladly stayed down the street @ Holiday Inn Express .Which offered a pool & breakfast for a cheaper price then AmerInn rates !! They claimed to have over 50 tv stations.Well they do but they have 10 stations of the same channel .In the end they had 6 dif channels ,but the real issue is you can't turn the volume down on tv .So i hope u like it loud !!! The remote changes channels going up ,but not down. Always fun when you have kids !!! Late night desk attendent was useless when questioned about pool & brerakfast !! Now i know why ...

Location was ok. Don't believe the photos of the motel. Room was dirty. Only one towel was offered for four people. Towel was dirty along with the bed sheets and blankets. Floor was disgusting. Over ran with spiders and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Pool was closed. Will not stay there ever again.
