Close to the beach. Staff was super accommodating. Amenities were awesome. Gourmet breakfast were delicious and varied daily.

They really need ceiling fans on the porch because it gets so hot in the afternoon from the afternoon sun.

My husband & Iiked the breakfast that was served every morning.& the wine and cheese served in the evening. The staff was exceptional. Robin, Kim, Bo & Rosia. They took such good care of us for an entire week.

The bedding was dated looking, and I didn’t like the heavy wallpaper and worn furniture. It could have been fresher looking.

We loved the porch off our room and all the porches and porch dining was so nice!!! The Angel is right next to Peter Shields where we went for dinner one night.

I can’t honestly think of anything that would keep me from recommending this B&B!

The staff and the amenities were exceptional. Breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner wine services were all a pleasant surprise. Available beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas and even towels gave a true sense of a prepared seaside resort getaway. This is truly a “gem” of the Jersey Shore.

The mattress in room 1 was uncomfortable. Too firm. The room was freezing and I had no way to control it but found out on the last day I could ask to have it adjusted.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Met the owner’s sons at breakfast. They were wonderful. Loved chatting with them.

The breakfast was very good. You have a variety to choose from for breakfast. Robin our server was excellent. She was pleasant and help. She was always coming back to the table to ask if we needed anything else. The afternoon tea and sweets were good. The wine and cheese was a nice touch too. There was plenty of seats on the porch to sit and relax. Having our own balcony to sit and see and listen to the ocean in the morning was very relaxing.

The weather was too chilly by the sea! NO control over that!!!

First time in Cape May. Our Anniversary treat! Husband had a surprise. Cozy and warm welcome feeling. Clean and great food! Loved the afternoon coffee and dessert. Evening wine and cheese plate! Felt good to be catered too! All staff was helpful and attentive to our needs! Highly recommended!

I shouldn’t have booked top floor. Loved the scenery but didn’t like 40 steps. Definitely coming back for third stay just lower room. The balcony gives you all view anyway.

gorgeous property with a ton of character and charm. close walking distance to beach. close driving/biking distance to Washington street. loved all of the included things like tea and sweets and wine and cheese hours. Aso—the beds are nice and firm, took us for a surprise but we loved it.
