it was kinda dirty the bed sheets were dirty with Stains and in the bathroom it look like it was not clean with bleach you can see it was getting rusty and it had some kinda of mold I went to the store and bought some cleaning Supplies to clean it definitely needs a update in the furniture is super old and they definitely need to get more stuff to clean definitely bleach people don't mind paying a little more to have a clean room and the furniture not old to the point you scare to put stuff because it can breaks

Partial ocean view is a major overstatement. Don’t pay extra for that bull. Beds uncomfortable and linens stained. Shower was gross

the noise level at night was terrible . music at @3 am blaring no management on site police were called. Door was hard to lock. Air conditioner extremely loud but at least it covered up outside noise!

We didn’t care for the room. Pillows were very uncomfortable anf we were on yhe bottom floor by the pool.

Outdated and uncomfortable furniture. Especially the pillows. There was no decent blanket or comforter in the bedroom, just a sheet over the bed .

The third floor, you had to walk up lots of steps. That's tough when you have a lot of things to carry. We also asked for early check in, they said yes, if the rooms were ready. We just had no way to know if the rooms were ready so we came at regular check in time. PARKING is way TOO TIGHT, need bigger spots! Ridiculous!

I was a nervous wreck reading the reviews...after I booked the rooms, however, Unless you are looking for a completely classy place, this is not as bad as the reviews I read! I Liked the location, the beach is right there, totally awesome! Beautiful view from the balcony. The rooms we had were not a bad size, they should have air in the living area as well, but, they don't, it just comes through from the bedroom. Pool is nice, just always filled with kids. Staff seemed nice and accommodating.

No frills, bad beds. No maid service.

The location of the motel was excellent, right on the beach. The room was no frills; no amenities other than towels, a small coffee maker, but no coffee. There was no maid service. We emptied our own trash. The beds were old and the bed frames were so old that they were busted. We had to remove the mattress and box spring to fix the bed frame. Although we did not expect "luxury", this was below expectations. The guests at the motel were friendly.

There was a noise curfew for 11PM posted and party noise went on until 2AM. parking rules were not enforced by staying within one space per unit.

Bathrooms need to be updated. A lot of rust (to be excepted from salty air). The vintage look is appealing but they definitely need to be tended to and refreshed

Had to take dirty towels to front desk for clean ones ..ask that the room be sweep of sand and they never came.no maid service...I realize they are short staffed....had to get a broom from the office and sweep our own room.... although there was a full furnished kitchen which was wonderful.. there were only two spoons etc

Loved being right next to the ocean.... nice pool but it wasn't heated as they said, room had full kitchen which was nice... also had an ice machine in the motel And there was a washer and dryer... great deck area and grill for cooking....loved that you could see the ocean..... good parking ....loved being so close to the beach

The shower curtain had hair on it and was all gross on the bottom. The toilet would not flush so called front office and a man came up to fix it. Still does not flush right. Water pressure for the shower was horrible. And the facet in the shower was coming off the wall. The sheets had stains on them before we even used the bed. Kitchen pans are horrible and burnt . Microwave was so dirty. Was not given a sponge to wash dishes. Nothing to use to turn food cooked on the stove.

No enforcement of policies. No smoking signs all around but smoke filled the air outside the room. Common areas filled with smokers as were the chairs outside each room. In addition, the wifi did not work at all on any of the 3 wifi accounts associated with the accounts.

Room size was great as was location on the beach.
