Coffee maker in room- not usable as it was, BUT the coffee downstairs in breakfast room was great!

The room offered ample space, the breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Moreover, they warmly welcomed my adorable furry companion.

We had an incident at 11:15pm one evening. People were outside our first floor window having a loud and obnoxious fight. We called the office and were told they would check it out. The fight continued another 20 minutes and my husband got dressed and went down to the office. The front desk attendant told him he got busy and forgot. He finally went down and made the couple go inside. I don’t believe the attendant was that busy that late at night. Made for a terrible night sleep.

The only complaint is the breakfast and the staff member assigned to it. Both mornings we went down to eat 30-45 minutes before it closed and there were no eggs. I understand a little closer to 10 but at 9:15 I expect eggs. The staff person assigned to the breakfast sat in the kitchen area near the sink on his phone and made no effort to get any eggs or help with the waffle batter. Also the waffle batter was so thick both mornings it barely of any came out making me think it was out even though it wasn’t. Overall breakfast was a 3 out of 10. Everything else was fantastic.

Clean and the bed was super comfortable the staff was helpful courteous and great.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The room smelled old and odd. The front staff was not the friendliest.

The breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food. The bed was very comfortable.

That when I checked in they didn't tell me they was putting me in a Queen bed! After I booked a king!

There were hairs in the comforters and one in the tub, even though they did seem clean didn't care for that. Breakfast was eh, the person "up keeping" the area wasn't doing a very good job, as tables were dirty, trash overflowing one can, mess all over the counters where they guest were rude. He sat in the little room on his phone the whole time we were down there. Other than lhat I think everything was overall pretty good.

Check-in was the quickest I've seen. The young man was efficient and polite. The location was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable spacious for the three of us.

I was charged twice for a extra day when I left before checkout, no one took the time to come up to see if room was empty…Heather (I think is her name) just decided to slam extra unnecessary charges Tub was dirty

We stayed in a king room with a suite. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable however the pull out sofa was worn out and needs to be replaced. It wasn't a deal breaker and I would stay there again if visiting Asheville.

The rooms were overall clean and the bed comfortable, but when making sure we had everything and nothing fell under the bed, there were beer cans under the bed and it was just very dirty. They should be sure to at least check down there for big trash items.

Breakfast was great with hot selections (eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits) plus the usuals.
