desk clerk was rude, old furniture and fixtures, stale and musty smell in rooms. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Booked and paid for king bed but got 2 twin beds. Manager unavailable to fix the problem or credit the bill.

The room was only surface clean ie nothin on the floor and beds were properly made. Carpet dirty and burn marks in the floor ,only one chair, beds on small size. Everything needed a good dusting and wipe down. Entrance door clunky and hard to open,Very old tired room that in no way deserved the price on it. Room was in contrast with general condition of hallways ,reception area etc. I stayed in other comfort inns before and that room was the worst. It should not be in service and there is no excuse for dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and clean but given state of the room we checked carefully before getting into them. Another thing, we paid for three people me and my two sisters and reservation only said for two. Called but paperwork not corrected [electronically). Also my sister is allergic to cats and she could smell that a cat had been in the room:. We arrived late and May be we were given the last and worst room in the place. I will if necessary stay in another comfort inn somewhere!one more time just in case this was an exception. But if there is a repeat performance, never again after that. We travel a lot and there are usually lots of options. Going to add there is a disconnect between ratings and actual comments of guests. If someone is in a hurry and just goes by numerical ratings looks like a good place to stay. When you drill down into actual comments quite a different story! More like our experience.

Beds were good and breakfast was good and an effort was made to clean bathroom.

In the room there were crumbs on the chair and hair or whiskers on the counter behind the sink. The pool area was not very clean, the pool sides were very dirty, and the towels they provide for the pool are the size of a bit larger hand towel. Hot tub was closed, small, dirty and above ground that we wouldn't have used it if it was open. We didn't complain at the time because we were tired and didn't want to make a fuss or have to move. We cleaned it ourselves. There is no paper work that tells you that they don't come clean, take out trash or deliver new towels (they only do that every 3 days). So we didn't know and have to request trash pick up and extra towels. They said just to put trash and towel on the floor outside of room next time to have it picked up. It was convenient to have the 99 Restaurant next door to walk to, and it was very good food. We expected it to be a little better (clean) for the price.

The room was not clean. The bathroom faucet, mirror and floor was dirty. The bedspread was old. I moved the alarm clock and there was crumbs under it.

The price seems a tad high, like maybe $20 less. I think that's the pet fee every single night is a little excessive. I've never had an issue with pets personally but I'm sure it's there for a reason.

Jared is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff is great as well. The room service ladies are top notch and they're always super friendly. I always recommend the Best Western to people. Definitely would say there again!

Good morning, I’m not sure if this is the appropriate person I need to contact, but I wanted to let you know how disappointed we were in our stay last night. The man at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful! He advised us to park outback and come in the back door. We parked out back, where we found a non acceptable space for our children. Two separate piles of throw up, spilled drinks, screws in the parking lot, dog feces everywhere, cigarettes all over the place and the best part neither of the back doors locked, or even shut. Huge safety issue for me being their with my children. Especially considering all the broke down cars outback with flat tires. Also the trash can was all over the parking lot. When we came back from getting dinner, we decided to park in the front parking lot where it was safer and cleaner. When we walked into the front lobby and into our hallway it immediately smelled of marijuana, then about eight men walked in the back door that was never locked to begin with and we’re in the hallway. It was a little unsettling for our kids and myself. Lastly, our room. I saw some mold in the bathroom, there was hair on the toilet seat when we first got there, and the heat ran all night due to horrible drafts under the heater in the window. I did take photos to show that I will attach. When using the water in the bathroom it smelled like septic. So we had to find bottled water. We were super disappointed! For $175 for a night it was totally NOT what we expected to get. None of the drains worked in the pool area leaving the space around the pool slippery and not safe for kids. Hot tub was broken (reviews tell me it’s been broken for 6 months). The breakfast was great! The best part of the stay! Hope we get some effective feedback from this.

Our room was comfortable but the bathroom was barely clean. There were hairs in the bathtub and what looked like urine spots on the toilet seat. I had to wipe it down before we used it. There was also what looked like paint chips on the floor of the room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. There were no towels in the pool area and we had to go back upstairs to the desk to ask for some. The hot-tub, which was one of the factors for why we picked this hotel over others, was out of order. While the hotel served it's purpose for the night we were there, I would not stay here again.

The location was convenient, especially with the restaurant right next door.

Very tired hotel & room service provided only day of check in. Nothing mentioned regarding this. Bed not made, no fresh towels, trash left, etc. horrible!!!

Quite old, definitely needs some sprucing up. Room service only provided day of arrival. WHAT??? I would not recommend this facility!
