Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesBeautiful place just 50 minutes away from Yosemite Valley. It couldn't be more perfect: live music, all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, genuinely friendly staff, and the general store holds anything you might have forgotten or needed. Great value for the experience you get.

United StatesThe trendy “influencer” pricing can grind on you. You’re paying a cool-kid premium. There are other spots nearby offering a comparable experience for fairer rates.
A great way to stay in Yosemite. Glamping extraordinaire. Perfect mix of comfort and wilderness. The clubhouse, store and amenities are excellent. Great for pups.

United StatesLocation was 1 hour away from Yosemite Valley, but still a great location not too far compared to other options. A few things could have been cleaned better, but overall a great place to stay!
Really enjoyed our stay at Autocamp Yosemite! Definitely a unique experience staying in an Airstream and much more spacious and nice than I imagined. The campground itself was also very nice with great amenities in the basecamp. Free wifi throughout the property especially as the campsite was in a no cellular data zone, and easy to communicate with the staff via text.

United Statesthere is no proper restaurant, if you are traveling with kids make necessary arrangements. However in a 10 minute drive you could find restaurants.

CanadaDon’t count on a proper meal at the property. Mostly quick made foods like pizza or Mac and cheese. Okay if you don’t feel like going out, but nothing fancy.
The camper was beautiful, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was free coffee and granola in the morning, and live music some evenings. We stayed during the flooding/heavy rain in the area. The staff were exceptionally accommodating when we needed to contact another hotel, and rebook for another night as a result of the weather.

AustraliaWe stayed at autocamp with our 2 kids ages 5 and 2. We loved the airstream with all the mod cons, the fire pit was epic and we cooked our dinner on there, on the rainy nights we spent in the club house making new friends, playing board games and had so much fun! Highly recommend this place!

United KingdomIt's just a bit long to drive (basing on time) to Yosemite Valley.
The airstream was very spacious and has all the amenities that we needed. Also to mention the fab range of toiletries they offered. The space in the airstream I'd say is better than most hotel rooms and had a place for everything. It was a really nice glamping site as it offers other activities within the vicinity like cycling. We also liked the flexibility with food. We had bbq every night (self-catered) and ordered breakfast from the restaurant. Still dreaming of that breakfast burrito! The visitor area was very nice and relaxing to stay at! They have a mini-store to buy logs and charcoal which was handy. Overall it was a truly wonderful experinece for us as a 2nd honeymoon!

AustraliaThe wifi is good but not incredible but that's just the nature of the location.
We loved autocamp - we stayed overnight on our way into Yosemite Valley and it was the perfect stopover (though a longer stay here would have been lovely!! We were sad to leave!) We stayed in an airstream which was such a fantastic experience - so comfortable, spacious and cosy. Our only regret was we didn't have longer!

France- no private bathroom (have to walk outside) - can be noisy as tents are in the middle of “airstreams”, with noisy ventilation - very limited food menu. it’s more grab and go, no real restaurant (haven’t tried the barbecue option) - 1hr drive to Yosemite, which can feel a bit far
We stayed in a luxury tent. + this feeling when you get in your warmed bed when it’s cold outside ! + very spacious and comfortable + facilities are top level + free coffee and granola + feels quite “modern and cool” compared to all the lodges on the road to Yosemite

IsraelThe cleanliness could be improved - we found some spider web inside the room and there are lots of flies inside (the flies were pretty polite and didn't bother us at night :) ).
The location - in the middle of the forest and not too far away from Yosemite. The room - a luxurious Airstream that was equipped with literally everything. The porch - with a big table and a grill. The common area - with a fire pit, and a great pool. We just had the perfect glamping experience.

United StatesThe construction near the pool during our stay was a bit distracting. Also, we were a bit close to the next airstream.
The facilities including the lobby and common areas were great as well as all the included amenities. Really enjoyed the on site bar especially during happy hour. The staff was very friendly!
