I wish I would’ve told emailed him but these are not things that would have caused me to give a bad review. The light in the unit foyer has motion detector and there is no way to turn it off, so every time you go past it, it comes on. Visually, the king size bed kind sagged in the middle, but that didn’t matter because I only slept on one side and it was very comfortable.

The property was immaculately clean inside even under the beds (I was looking for something I dropped and thought it rolled under there.) and the outside of the property was cleaned and ground neatly manicured. It was also very quiet and check-in was very easy. This unit had everything that was needed for our stay, even some extra like an air fryer, and a Ninja blender. The bar seats were great quality compared to other units I’ve stayed in. The manager was very responsive. The property is very close to everything you may need. Restaurants, Pharmacies, and Stores. I’m sad that I didn’t take photos.

Our unit had a soaker tub 😁 but hot water heater tank wasn't large enough to actually fill it 🤨😔. It looked nice. 🥴 Our particular mattress was a bit saggy. But it was king size which was good. No elevators so 3rd floor means lots of steps. We were glad we chose 1st floor. Vacasa staff at the front desk can be a little petty at times not because they aren't nice people but rules they are required to enforce can be off putting. Staff were generally happy and helpful as management restrictions would allow them to be. Some units are on the smallish size a wee bit cramped. Not awful at all.

Bahama Bay is beautiful, Flora and Fauna are exceptional! Best in Orlando area. Walking trails tall palm trees you "feel" like you're in Florida. Even saw some baby alligators in the many ponds (cute). Pools were open late. . . Love that! Resident owners are fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. As a short term renter I was made to feel special (not resented). Love this! Nice little beach area near lake. The two bedroom condos on end units are a bit roomier. Third floor "end units" are much roomier, much larger lanai's but you do have lots of stairs to get there. Location was fine. Nice new grills. Live music some nights.

this particular condo was nice. The only thing I would say is that maybe it could have a few more things for the kitchen. The condo also listed the pull out couch as a bed but unfortunately the extra sheets in the closet only fit the twin bed. I ended up having to go buy a cheap set of queen size sheets to use. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again!

We were so pleased with this condo. We will never stay at a hotel again. We've rented three condos/apartments previously and this one is definitely the best. The patio was so clean, no spider webs, bugs, dust, etc. We also enjoyed that it was an end unit so it was extra peaceful. If we return to this are we would stay in the same condo!

I stayed here in 2008. It's amazing how good the facilities have been kept up. Staff was very nice, property was very clean, and live the fact that everything you need is right there on the premises. Very cozy and kids enjoyed themselves.

The waiting time to get in the Condo was to long of a wait. I had to wait 45 minutes after you called. They had to send someone to check to see if the Condo was clean. I had to remove the tank lid from the toilet to flush it. And the mattresses were to surf leggy my right side sore.

The Condo was excellent place to stay. It's quite and easy access to areas.

It was super clean and nice! The pool was awesome and the restaurant was attached so you could order food while sitting by the pool.
