Not that we didn't like, but the AC unit was very loud in the room. The shower was very slow to drain and the TV would get quite loud and than soft consistently when watching. Especially knowing others were next door to our room. Place was great and will return!!!!!

The mattress in Kate’s room was not comfortable. It sags a bit and probably should be replaced soon. The ceiling in the corner of the room is an eye sore and should be fixed to warrant a $300 a night stay.

We thought the breakfast was good but the variety of items were limited. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the day due to construction and traffic.

Breakfast was cooked to order, facilities were gorgeous, and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home! Easy to walk location and ample parking! Everyone should check this place out!

Wow! stepping back into the past with a lot of style and comfort. This mansion is incredible! First, the manager was so nice welcoming us and explaining us about the place. We got the Katharine room, and it had a lot of info about her and the mansion inside the room (which was so BIG!). Everything was so nicely decorated, I felt like I stepped back into the past couple of centuries ago. The breakfast in the morning was so good, and dining in the hall felt so.. magical! The place is so beautiful and well maintain. We garden outside also. Batcheller Mansion at Saratoga is defiantly a place I would like to revisit, especially with my partner for a romantic trip in Saratoga and the region.

Furnished in rich decor as a Victorian mansion should be. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy and ample onsite parking. Quiet.

Chandelier in the Maria Pia room was not working, so the room was a bit dark.

Beautiful old mansion that avoided the wrecker's ball, steps from downtown Saratoga Springs via a lovely park. Amazing historical features in every room, with a nice breakfast made to order. And just a block or so from the Thirsty Owl Wine Company (highly recommended!)

Next time we will plan to stay longer. June was a wonderful time to visit but our next visit will be to see the ponies.

The only negative was that no visitors were allowed for breakfast or on the property. I understand that since it was full that it would not be possible to have outsiders join for breakfast. But I was there for my daughter’s graduation from Skidmore, and my son, his girlfriend and my aunt all needed to meet me there since I was driving us all to the ceremony. That was logistically awkward feeling that I had to sneak my son in to use the bathroom after he had made a 2 hour drive.

Beautiful appointed mansion, room was adorable, beautifully furnished and comfortable , bed was very comfortable, good shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating since I arrived rather late, also with breakfast. The breakfast was a full breakfast, freshly prepared per order. The location was excellent, walking distance from town and across from Congress Park. I would definitely stay here again!
