This is the second time we stay at bayside, on the first time we love our room,second time not so much, room 221 is connected to the other room and we could hear everything. Also the smell was weird!

We had an amazing time with our kids! Staff is great, place is super clean! Location is great!

Rooms have very thin walls and ceiling so just prepare for that. Mattresses could be softer. Not within walking distance to really anything. Don’t love that there’s a charge for a pack and play..

All the facilities and our cleaning lady did an amazing job. Breakfast starts early which was a plus and coffee all day. Some of the best cleaning I have seen since COVID room 210 (first floor). Lots of pillows and extra blanket. Also loved the outdoor nightly fires and game room. Larger rooms.

Loved the outdoor space with fire pits and chairs overlooking the marsh. The breakfast was complete with eggs and bacon. Loved that coffee was available on the breakfast area until late in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious

Staff was rude. We are a young couple in our mid l20s they where only nice to the older crowd probably assuming that they would tip better. Even though we always tip more than 20%.

The bar outside closed really early so we didn’t get to even spend any time there so wish that changed!

My stay was great- fire pits and pools etc were very enjoyable and the room was very comfortable (I got the king size bed option with balcony/chairs outside). Staff were nice and helpful and very accommodating! Also, breakfast was great for being included! Would come back if I was in the area for sure!

Breakfast was chaotic. Needed more organization. Room seemed small without a balcony or patio. Price was a bit high. Also our room key had to be reprogrammed 7 times in 2 days. Very annoying. Would love room service option.

Staff was great. Breakfast had alot of variety. Lots to do. Moby Dicks was fun and Jon was so personable and friendly. I loved the outside pool and firepit areas. Great vibe

The wifi isn't good for remote working; I had to use my phone's hotspot for meetings. While the breakfast contained a nice variety, the food was not good; way too salty. For $300 a night, you would think you're eating on actually silverware. Instead, every single item you use to eat is made of disposable plastics. Pretty despicable.

The rooms were a little dated and would have been nicer without carpeting in the floors.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful! We especially loved the tiki bar by the pool. The continental breakfast was a lot nicer than breakfasts I've had at other hotels in the past. There's also a sandy area overlooking the marsh with Adirondack chairs and fire pits. It was a great place to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. This hotel had so many other amenities, including an indoor pool, arcade room, pub, and gym. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The bedding/pillows were horrible. My husband and I tossed and turned all night. I woke up everyday with neck and back pain. Really made it difficult to feel good for my vacation when it starts off with poor sleep and pain.

It was centrally located, decent pool, and a nice patio for reading a book or eating some food. The Moby Duck pub was iconic.

Air was very loud in room No microwave in room. We went to see a show and got home late was wanted to reheat some leftovers from dinner and wasn't able to beacuse where the microwave is was locked at 11
