Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were courteous and professional.

Front desk attendant was rude, unprofessional got into a verbal altercation with her at the lobby. This was all because I stood there for almost 10 min and when she came to the front I mentioned how they needed a bell and what I got from that attendant was straight attitude and it went down hill from there! No manager on site and called customer service and they weren't helpful either only could put a ticket in. Checked in about 2:30pm was gone by 6:15pm and still haven't received my refund back, call from the manager or customer service. Attendant is a liar stated I threatened her due to me telling her she was nasty and flipped it and stated I had said she was next! The room I was given rm 112 queen suite wasn't fully prepared or clean. I never got to explain that to her! The bed only had fitted sheets and a pillow the spa tub was nasty full of hair n gunk from the metal filter and coffee pot was missing pieces. Attendant also refused to give me my receipt bat checkout claimed it would be emailed because I booked through 3 Rd party which isnt a true I always book through 3 Rd party and get the receipt at checkout. I called customer service again in which they had called the hotel and the attendant tells them the receipt will be emailed to me the next a.m it's now Monday I still haven't received my receipt or heard anything back. Will be filing complaint with my bank to dispute charges as well as BBB! Never ever staying at Best Western hotels again! They lost my business!

The staff when I came in had me standing for 10+ min while they were hanging out in the back. The tub. Was nasty and cracked so I couldn't use it.

The air quality in the room was very poor. We only stayed one night of the 4 nights we reserved. My mom and I both experienced immediate congestion, coughing, and sneezing in the room and didn’t get much sleep. Upon early checkout, we were not asked for the reason or if there was anything wrong with our stay which I why I am reviewing here. Thank you for your consideration of our feedback.

Arrived Thursday evening, Bathroom sink and toilet backed up. Friday morning asked front desk to have issues corrected; they never were. Soap provided in bathroom is poor quality and too small.

the directions on how to use the jacuzzi should be in a location closer to the tub, I thought it was broke and the directions I found the next morning in a location taller than my head.

We frequently come here for the spa bath. It's super clean, staff extremely nice. The rooms are nice beds are comfy and they have sliding glass windows you can park right out side your room. Many stores,restaurants. It's not costly and my wife and I think it's the best hotel around clifton park. Nice breakfast. Very nice people and place we love coming here to relax.

Love the spa tub so relaxing. We stay here alot and love it. Great value nice people. Beds are so comfortable. We want to live here. Lol it's a great place to come and just let go of stress and relax in the huge spa bath then a great night sleep. Nice rooms

Nothing very un happy. I looked on Best western site and Tom said they gave me a king suite on the 1st floor lied. It was a queen bed and was just a normal room. How could you go on there and lie like this. Will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. It is very old and dated anyway. And I guess its ok to lie to people

I didn't like the fact I had a king suite with a wrilpool tub and was suppose to have a balcony. But the room didn't have one. so they moved me to the 1st floor in a smaller room. But never gave me back any money or anything. Didn't think it was right to have to pay that much for a smaller room

-very poor breakfast (if you care even the slightest about your health please don’t eat there)

-location is pretty convenient -Pool and two jacuzzis that no one uses -free tea in the lobby (bigelow) -bed was really comfortable and the staff was very nice! -for the price compared to the other hotels in the area it’a not that bad but definitely not dirt cheap
