Weight room needs some barbells

The breakfast was solid value as part of the stay. They staff was excellent and the food was typical, in a good way for a free breakfast with your stay. The location was excellent as we were there traveling to baseball games in both Kenosha and Northern Illinois.

Some of the wall plates were outdated while rest of room seemed updated. Not a lot of parking.

To me, I didn't feel that the pool had enough chlorine, though we did use it. We definitely did not have the standard chlorine smell on is or our swimsuits when we got out.

The location was super convenient; it is located just off the expressway. We made use of the bar in the evening for a couple games of pool. It was pretty quiet inside as we were there during the week.

Great Amenities. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had fun in the bar, people were friendly as well as the bartender. Staff were amazing with the knowledge of the surrounding area. Will be back.

The person registering us for our room asked for our credit ca… He started typing our credit card information into his system. When I asked if the credit card machine was working, he said yes. I’m not sure if the system he was using was encrypted. It is unclear why he would physically input our credit card when he said the credit card machine was working. It didn’t seem very secure.

The property is located in a great spot and is clean. The rooms are nice.

Breakfast was very watered down and bland. Did not seem very fresh. Pool requires a special card that is not given to you at check in.

Great location always enjoy the hotel bar and you are walking distance to the brat stop.

I keep asking for the top floor which is four and never receive it so I ask housekeeping my last stay there is it a private area and he said no.

Location was great breakfast was great and I like the fact they are trustworthy I left valuables and they made sure to keep them safe and put up.

Going to a show at the Brat Stop and this hotel was right in the parking lot so location could not have been better. I wish I would have gotten the staff member's name who checked us in. He was friendly and funny and made me laugh. The onsite bar was a bonus because we could pre-game a little before heading over to the show and the complimentary drink tickets made it even better. In the morning, the free breakfast was fully stocked and hot. Waffles, cheese omeletes, even strawberry syrup! This place was perfect!

The carpets need cleaned. The provided hot breakfast was “there” it wasn’t hot and it all tasted just okay and the staff doesn’t keep an eye on it enough to keep it full. Heard lots of people having to ask if there would be more coming out.

Location is good and close to several food joints. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice staff!

Pleasant stay. Accompanied by my dog. As a non smoker I could make out a heavy scent of cigarette smoke in my room. However could be contributed to being next the smoking area. Otherwise, decent enough for an overnight rest!

Bathroom was very small. Couldn't use the toilet and open the door at the same time. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Most of the food was cold

Our room was right next to the stairway. There was someone on our floor that was loud and letting the stairway door slam multiple times during the middle of the night interrupting our sleep. This was not the hotels fault but did effect our rating of the property.
