The bathroom light did not work ;( We really would have loved to have a pool or restaurant inside of the hotel.

We liked being able to book close to our friends so we had the hallway. Great price too!

The large open parking lot, where some annoying opportunists decided to do LOUD donuts in the slippery snow late at night.

Super close to the airport, got stuck there in a snow storm and wasn’t able to visit family on the coast, but staff was great, food options were plentiful, shower and bath were just what the doctor ordered in the sub-arctic temps!

the tv in my room was not hooked up to cable and I was unable to watch tv during my stay. I reported it to the front desk but no one came up to fix it. Not a big deal.

My stay was good there was construction going on due to renovations to the property.

While my room was large and comfortable, it needed an easy chair. There was a chair for the desk, but that’s not the same. There was hardly any shampoo and no conditioner in the dispensers The hotel is near shopping malls, but at night the area seems pretty deserted.

The staff was lovely, my room was comfortable enough and the breakfast was great, and all for a very reasonable price.

The hotel is in construction and there are no hot tubs. No English speaking maids and no shampoo in case you forgot. Strange knock on the door?? Doors locked at 11 or 12pm?? They did run up on me asking a bunch of questions about me, it was embarrassing but I talked to them later, I understand for most part.

Great breakfast and nice staff, mostly. Safe there they have security around alot. Clean enough

The location was very sketch. Traveling alone is bad enough, but the location was very isolated and there were many transients in the area. I did not feel comfortable/safe going out to my car to get stuff I left in there. It was a one-trip kinda thing. There was a burger king next door, but even that was sketch. For the price, i just thought it would be better.

The Room and service was great. The Bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. Plenty of space to spread out. The AC and microwave can use an upgrade, but it was nice to have both in the room.

The location was perfect for the soccer tournament to attend.

Chair and ottoman are at the end of their life and need to be replace. Shower enclosure also needs some repair/replace. Our reservation was lost between bookings.com and the property; fortunately, they had available rooms.

Variety of breakfast options, especially having non dairy and gluten free options.

We were in a room that had been remodeled and it was missing furniture. There was a desk chair but no other seating. There was a space for a sofa but it hadn't been added yet. This wasn't a huge deal and didn't affect our stay.

The bed was very comfortable. Slept really well. There was plenty of space in the room. It had recently been remodeled.

The surrounding area to the property was very unsafe. A lot of homeless people a lot of people sitting outside doing drugs. The amenities that were supposed to be available we’re not.

The staff didn't speak to you. The location was a little sketchy. We watched a couple of what appeared to be homeless people digging through the garbage. It was noisy. The fitness center, and the bathroom downstairs were kept locked. The beds were hard.
