The hotel was great! It was located near by shops and restaurants. It was a mile down the road from downtown Nappa and around the corner from the Premium outlets. The beds were nice and comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. The housekeeping kept our room cleaned everyday. Great place to stay !

There is breakfast for an additional fee, but we prefer to buy it at the supermarket. The room had no view, it faced an internal courtyard.

Simple, comfortable and cheap stay to explore Napa Valley. It offers ample free parking. There are several franchise restaurants in the shopping center across the street, and the city center is not far away, where there are other more elaborate local restaurants. We visited Castillo di Amorosa and Domaine Carneros, both fantastic.

Trivial things; could use another towel rail in the bathroom and another bathmat (tiled floor was cold and we ended up hopping between islands of towels). Relocate toilet paper roll to a place you can reach from the toilet. There was no breakfast but plenty of diners close by.

We arrived at 2:30am because of flight cancellations. Reception staff was welcoming, friendly, efficient. Bed big and comfortable, room temperature was adjustable, shower was great.

The water pressure wasn't the best when showering but that it's pretty much it.

The location was great, surrounded by so many restaurants and stores for shopping if needed, liquor store next door and gas station across the street. Would definitely come back wasn't to far from the wineries about 30-40 min drive. The place seemed very secure as well there was a locked door than you can only enter with a key card before going to where the rooms were located. It was also very nicely renovated. Overall was a great stay. Oh and front staff were very nice too especially when I lost my key cards when I had literally just checked in.

The people above us were extremely noisy. They walked very hard and we heard every step. It rained, and all night Friday, I was kept awake by their noise and the water draining from the roof.

Could be noisy if many people are enjoying the pool. But it depends which room you get assigned to..

Decent stay not too far from the vineries and a few min away to Napa downtown. Definitely a decent place if you want to save some money on hotels. And if you have an electric car, the got the battery charge!

Sadly on the second night there was building work going on next door through out the night - which meant there was a lot of noise - and spoilt our stay. However, this was not the fault of the hotel. The receptionist disputed whether we had booked a two night stay on our arrival- he eventually found it on the system but should have given us the benefit of the doubt from the out set.

The shower was not working, it was not even low flow. Took me 30mins plus to shower. Living in CA, i know about low flow, this was just not a shower! The front desk did nothing to compensate.
