I have no complaints regarding any of the hotel services, staff or amenities. I would stay there again if the need to access health services from the UC Davis Medical Center were required. It would have been more convenient if there were more food service options within walking distance of the hotel location.

Overall, my stay at the hotel met all of my needs for that particular visit. The foremost need was to stay in close proximity to the UC Davis Medical Center. My family and I were able to walk across the street to access the Medical Center. It couldn't have been better.

It was convenient for where we were going in Sacramento. There isn't much around that area to do, eat, drink, etc.

The tiny parking lot underneath the hotel was tricky to get into (not exactly a deal breaker, but a thing that I would have liked to know beforehand) The breakfast was sub par, as there were no real savory options (hot or cold), and the sweet pastries tasted like the plastic they came in.

We couldn't have asked for a better location to explore Sacramento from. The room was very spacious and would have been ideal for a longer stay.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Hot water wasn't hot, had to use microwave to heat the "hot" water. Parking is tough as it is under the hotel. Wouldn't try it with large vehicle as it is a tight space and only one lane down and up.

Front desk staff was great. Need a key to use elevator from the parking area, liked this for security. Located directly across from UC Davis medical center so was able to walk to hospital. Very convenient

The carpet in the stairwells was filthy. Needs to be cleaned. The parking was a bit tight but luckily I have a smaller vehicle. The elevator was broken so I had to lug my bags up the stairs.

I felt like the rooms for the size, weren't functional with regard to space and amenities. The garage space is way too narrow.

Hospitality was great, the staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable enough to consider coming back because the staff actually seemed like they cared.

The carpet in the hallway could really stand to be replaced. It’s very off putting and takes away from the otherwise cleanliness of room and lobby area. The parking is ridiculously small and difficult.

The location is perfect for conducting hospital business. The breakfast is standard faire. Ease of checking in and out.

Dish Tv remote didnt work and we were stuck on a few channels once the batteries respondid. We didnt really watch much as we had to leave very early for Appts. Wall A/c worked but created a mugginess in room. Room window didnt open to allow a flow through.

Travelling 5 hours From Northern California and decided last minute to travel down for our Daughters Medical Appt at Uc Davis instead of leaving early in the morning. We were accomodated and arrived after 1230am due to fwy detors and rerouting on gps. Room was nice and comfy but a bit stale. We had 3rd floor reservation which included a Deck that over looked that beautiful back street. Parking was right on street near lobby and breakfast was your typical fan fare of free breafast grab foods.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking. It's very compact and not recommended for big vehicles. Unfortunately when I arrived the parking was full and I had to park across the street and pay for parking.

Facility is good but you have to park, and take the elevator to the lobby. Was difficult with a wheelchair bound individual.

Clean and comfortable with 99% of the staff being helpful and courteous, but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch, per The Osmonds !
