The hallway had a smell like if it got wet, the door knob wear broken from the bathroom and my son got stuck in there, the sink was clogged. For breakfast the bagels wear old they wear hard like a rock.

In quieter part of Miami but still within short drive of everything we needed. Longer to get to Miami Beach, nearly an hour due to traffic. Just leave yourself plenty of time. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast Nice room, great shower

The location not great for sightseeing, but quiet.

A decent small hotel located in a relatively quiet place, OK for a 1-night stay waiting for a plane connection. A little simple facilities perhaps, but overall a very standard hotel meeting standard expectations. Very decent breakfast.

Really clean and modern hotel reception. We were travelling back from the airport the following Morning and wanted to go the Dolphin Mall as well. Great location and a few food outlets just opposite. The reception staff were really good, Gentleman in mid 20's allowed us to keep our room just a little longer. Relaxed stay before a long flight home.

As a frequent/repeat guest the breakfast was disappointing and has definitely declined compared to past times! However, Appreciate the coffee bar available throughout the day!!

The room was clean, but it has an overwhelming mold odor. No amount of Lysol or order eliminator could take the smell away. It made my 7 days stay bearable at best.

The overall stay was okay. But after one month since leaving the hotel I should not be querying wrongful charges to my bank account. For one month now I am still trying to get Best Western Doral to cancel these incorrect charges. They are not responding to my emails even though I showed them the charges in my bank account. I understand that mistakes do happen but it is unacceptable for me to be following up with the hotel for so long without any assistance.

They need to increase their breakfast options: include peanut butter, cream cheese. Have some other drink options as no juices were available . They. red to restart the shuttle service to the mall and airport back

Ulysiss the guy at reception was extremely helpful. He was polite and kind. Went out of his way to assist me. Hotel chains definitely need more people like him. I’d recommend a stay at this hotel merely because of his great willingness.

The hotel overall is good, but the menu for breakfast changes everyday and it doesn't take under consideration the fact thay not everybody comes from the same cultural backgrounds and pretty much they have to deal with whatever is served that day, the doors of the closet were non functional, and the iron was non-functional as well, the most of the staff was friendly and willing to help, others simply were careless and unattentive with the guests. Not all the employees speak English properly and that affects the interaction with the guests.

The hotel is near by many stores and restaurants, the hotel is clean, and the room is affordable and comfortable. It includes breakfast and Wi-Fi.

my bed needed replacing and while my room was very clean the decor was outdated. the t.v. channel selection was terrible very limited and my reception was horrible.

The smell of the room was a bit odd initially. I believe it was the carpet, nevertheless it did not appear dirty.

The facilities were ok. The lobby area was bright and clean. The room was very big, way more space than we anticipated. The breakfast was standard and we were grateful for it. The location is great, easily accessible and had neighbouring restaurants.
