The parking lot is ABOVE the property with little signage to indicate, and the signage on the door across the skywalk indicates a keycard is needed to open when it simply opens to anyone. Very confusing and frustrating.

Carpets need shampooing. The floor odor kept waking me up until I sprayed febreeze around my bed.

Cozy bed, pool down the hall, breakfast was great, but most of all the front desk hostess was absolutely amazing.

We had a great time visiting with my Husband and kids. The indoor pool was a great hit with the kiddos and the rooms were very clean and tidy. We had a hillside view but did not mind it. We will surely booking here again, it was very comfortable and calm environment.

Went to get milk in the snack area and they bhad no milk so I guess make sure things are stocked a little better

We liked the beds, very comfortable. The updated furnishings were very nice. We loved the pool had adults only time. That was very well appreciated.

Our breakfast at the sea glass restaurant wasn’t great. Staff tried hard despite staffing shortages.

Would like to see updated chairs in the room. The ones there were low, so old people have a hard time getting out of them. Need more of a square table to play cards and eat.

The views from every window in the lobby, restaurant and room were great for storm watching. The welcoming staff and friendly restaurant people made our stay worth the pleasure of staying here.

I have a fear of heights. Booking doesnt show a true picture of what it looks like on the premises. I saw a picture of the ocean being close to sitting on the patio. Our room (we found out when we checked in) was on the sixth floor, called "Skyview".

The staff was great. Was grateful happy to have their help.

The bathroom doors are the barn door style where they just slide to the side, I prefer doors that fully close. The shower was just a fixed shower head. A shower head that can be held in your hand for ease of cleaning is much preferred now.

The location was amazing. A short walk to the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and warm.

Room smelled like dirty shoes when we got there- had to buy some fabric spray to help. And we were looking forward to eating in the hotel restaurant… but they said there was no seats at 7 PM… for the rest of the night! even at the bar! :(

Gym did not have weights in it-only a treadmill and elliptical. they claimed they were “working on it.” Internet was insecure, and the hotel could be wiretapping all communication (stealing credit cards etc) if they wanted to. Don’t recommend “accepting” the invalid certificates.

Getting put in a pet friendly room with a terrible view.

Paid for an oceanfront Ada room but we were given a room that had a partial ocean view but most was blocked by trees, the roof and garbage cans. It was also obviously a pet friendly room and we had no pets. The next morning we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with a better view. We did not access the beach because it was nothing but sand dunes until you got out by the water. So if anyone in your group has mobility issues, be aware.

The restaurant on a Monday night was so busy they had to close early, so we were unable to get food.

We loved the view of the sunset from our room. Very happy to have a room on the top floor. Access to the beach was a plus.

I realize the Oregon has restrictions on building close to the beaches, but the walk to the beach from this property was brutal.

View was beautiful, room was very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor seating at the restaurant.

Restaurant waaay expensive and can constantly here the elevators running all night. Our room had problem with the toilet constantly running.

Beds more comfortable then any others been in the last couple weeks! Close to the beach 2 minute walk. Nothing better then falling asleep and waking to the sound of the ocean!
