We couldn't get hot water to fill the bath tub. And since it was the morning we were checking out we didn't have time to deal with it.

Vending machines would not take cash, only credit cards. Sort of silly to charge your credit card $1.50 for a candy bar or soda. Dinner was not available second night of stay, no advance notice for closing bar & grill at Executive Inn next door.

Housekeeping very friendly and efficient. Great view of San Francisco skyline from 3rd floor room.

Smiles more greetings speaking, to customers, I noticed this with most the staff. I understand in today's times, the problems around the World Or in our own backyard we're you live even. Things are hard we still need to great others, with A Smile it could change a person day a simple hello Or good morning afternoon, good evening.

The Room was Outstanding with the prices. I spent 4 nights. I enjoyed myself. The room Gave me comfort like a mini-vacation. Very quiet around the facility. The facility also was well kept common ground. The breakfast buffet Was worth the money I spent 4nights. I would recommend this location to other friends and family.

I would've liked to have a real blanket/comforter on the bed and brighter lighting in the room.

The room was very spacious and I loved the bathroom/bathtub. The view out back was gorgeous we saw the ducks every morning.

The moved the morning breakfast to their sister hotel next door. Obvious cost saving move. Not super convenient. They should, IMO, at least offer a scaled down version at this location, and if you want the larger options, you can walk next door. No servicing of the fitness room, even after I mentioned it at the front desk. No towels for three days in a row.

Quiet stay, comfortable bed and room. Not very busy over the Thanksgiving weekend. Overall a good value.

Lots of security on the door wall and a safe in the room - which is a plus if it didn't scream be careful. The breakfast was very good. Revelry at 7:54 from across the water was unexpected, as was the smell of pot coming from the walkway below us.

It was nice to be on the water, but the area seemed to be recovering. The hotel was clean and new-looking. The pool is at another property and not open on Sunday. The restaurant was also not open on Sunday. Very convenient to the expressway.

Breakfast was basic but assume part of the VP. Location was a taxi away for most things. First time in SF and Oakland not ideal first impression. So I checked out and did not stay last 3 days

The local area is a bit run down., a lot of homeless people and it didn’t feel safe to walk in the evening so either the bar restaurant or delivery dinner. Also the walk to the local bus stop or metro was worrying.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast and a limited menu but good quality option for dinner in the next door building.

I couldn't stay longer!

Due to transportation issues, I was very early. Like 0900 early. But Miss Kayla was a life saver. As a courtesy she got me checked in at 0900! I could have cried honestly, as I had just arrived from Seattle via a 24 hour train ride. Rooms were clean and house keeping made sure I always had clean towels and linens. Bathroom was huge and I loved the shower as well as the soaking tub. Breakfast was good and I never left the day hungry. Gym was basic with some cardio equipment and some cable weights. Got the job done. Location toward the freeway didn't look the most aesthetic but the rooms facing the water were quiet and serene with a view of SF in the distance.
