the pool was nasty. it was colld no heat and it was green and smelled like a sewer pond. I selected this hotel for the pool and we didnt even swim. Needs more maintenance and someone monitoring the chemicals better

I had to spend too much time extending my stay at this hotel. A staff member was not informed enough to help me with renewal of the room, as a result, I had to submit extra paper work to renew after I had already stay there for two nights.

Perfect experience! Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was cool and dark. We were driving cross country so it wasn't a long stay. However, I really wanted to swim & there were 4 or 5 other hotels, WHO HAD POOLS LISTED AS AVAILABLE IN THEIR AMMENITIES, but their pools were closed. Booking.com seems to be letting just anybody list property on here and not holding anyone accountable for their false claims. I have had several negative experiences with them on this trip. Just before this hotel, booked at hotel 6 whom had said they had a pool available. They not only did not have a pool available, they did not even have a room available for me due to the fact that none of them were cleaned. What is the problem with listing your property accurately & if you have no rooms don't list it. I was already strapped for cash on this ride & they tide up $140 for over a week. So, my hats off to Best Western in Muskogee. The stay was excellent & I appreciate that much more than you know. The hot tub was amazing, too.

I am getting very particular about hotels And disappointed in Best Western. They used to be top notch. The food was good. The lobby looks like a circus. Lights flashing in the ceiling in multi-colors. Construction workers stay there but they were quiet and polite. The African-American desk clerk seemed bored and not really interested when I told her there was a water spill in the lobby. Our room was great but the hallway was 81 degrees and musty smelling. The elevator screeched when it stopped. The La Quinta across the hi-way was in much nicer condition.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was mold underneath the soap holder in the shower. There was a brown stain on the shower curtain. I prayed it wasn’t poop.

The only thing that could've made it better would have been maybe the curtains being cleaned. And having a cup to make coffee. I'm sure if I would've asked for a cup, they would've gladly brought one. The staff were amazing while we were there!

We slept in so we didn't try the breakfast. We swam in the pool a few times, and had a blast. It was a very nice stay. The staff was great!

the mattress was NOT comfortable you can literally see the springs, everything else about the room was wonderful but the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep

The breakfast and pool

Good location and nice staff with a nice breakfast but our room was dirty and bed was uncomfortable and hard. The pool was nice and heated and not too deep. Our room didn’t get cleaned for two days and in the beginning we came into a dirty room. A nice desk clerk actually cleaned our room after she had asked housekeeping three times and brought us towels. won’t stay in a Best Western anymore.
