Boat docking can use upgrading ( I have boat rash from the setup). Showers are not warm enough ( 2nd day we just sponge bathed). Toilet flushes but concerned me.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a working exercise room available.

It was good! They had bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy. I wasn’t to fun of the powdered eggs.

My son’s pillow has what looked like a blood spot from someone cleaning a syringe. I’m glad he spotted it before laying his head on it. I removed the pillow case and there was a blood spot on pillow as well where it looks like the needle has pictured the pillow. I plan on sending pictures to Wyndham headquarters because I love this hotel and want to make them aware of what might be going on.

I love the location, my family loves lake Guntersville.

Major highway just outside the door, on the lower end street side. Huge trucks will keep you awake on that end of property. Our first bad experience.

The room could be cleaner, very dusty end tables. There was hair in the sink. Also, clean up the lake shore line. My biggest issue though was the allowing of smoking on the patio areas. It makes them uncomfortable for those non smokers

The staff told us on check-in that breakfast was until 10:00 and the next morning the lady working had to keep insisting that that is on the weekends and like I told her I understand that 10:00 is on the weekends then she should have told us 9:30 for the next day then she kind of got a little bit rude

Breakfast and lamps did not work or were dark in room and upgrades need to be checked and repaired

We stayed in the front, very noisy. Right on the main road. I don't know if we stayed on the lake side, if it'd be any quieter or not

When you turned the shower on it sounded like the pipes in the wall were going to burst for the first 5 min then it went away. The eggs were cold both days, maybe because the sit up off the hot plate but still cold eggs are nasty.

this was our 2nd trip here. We love the friendly and inviting staff. The beds are comfortable and the easy to sleep on. The hot breakfast with a variety. The view of the lake is amazing.

The bed was uncomfortable. And with the property so close to the highway… There is a lot of road/traffic noise in the rooms on the street side.

They have a nice breakfast bar in the morning. The staff was very nice. Beautiful views of the Lake.

My hubby left his gun in the drawer in the room we rented so I called asked if we could get back in it to get his gun and she thought I said pencil instead of pistol and started telling me she couldn't let me back in the room etc with making her understand it's a post not a pencil she finally said it was found but we couldn't come get it bc it was in her mangers office and he wasn't there I asked for phone number etc and was told she couldn't give me that info so I told her we needed his pistol back bcit is p registered in my hubby's name and told her we would call the police to get it so now way it stands without calling police yet she took his number said she have the manger call my hubby tomorrow Monday December 18 th I think this is crazy
