Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesRoom wasn’t refreshed on either day of our stay with more coffees and teas. There were many liquid flavored creamers for coffee but no plain fresh creamers provided. Only powdered plain creamer.
Breakfast was well stocked and serviced! Provided many choices. Facility was well lit and front Desk staff always available and very helpful. Room was very comfortable.

United StatesThe pool was closed the whole time we stayed there. I could have done without the printed notice on the pool door saying "if you have had diarrhea in the last 14 days, please do not use the pool or spa".
The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, i think his name was Amer or Amar. anyway, he was always making sure that the food was well stocked and everything kept neat and clean.

CanadaThe gym was disappointing. It smelled and was missing some basic equipment (more weights, mat, bands, cleaning equipment, water for drinking etc...). It wouldn't take much to make the gym reasonable, even if it is small. As it stands it was very unpleasant to be in.
Beds were very comfortable and the room was big and clean. Breakfast room was nice and had enough options.

United StatesWe had a dog and loved that we were in the last room on the first floor but didnt like it that the exit door next to our room wasnt assessable from the outside. We could take our dog out the door but had to go to the front entrance to get back in. The bathroom door was about 1/2 inch from the toilet.
We liked the location and the breakfast. The staff were really friendly.

excellent breakfast, very good selection of foods and drinks, grandkids even ate more than their share! We showed up on Thursday nite, and the hotel hate a complementary dinner for use, which included a free beverage of beer, two free meals, that we used our extra money to spend on other needs.
