The TV in my room didn't work, it showed there was no signal. I didn't mind, since I did not stay in the room, but it should have been checked out before I arrived.

I'm not a big breakfast person, but I did enjoy the cereal and the tea.

The security was not great because the side doors were ALWAYS propped open. The door film was put on wrong so the people inside can't see out but the people outside can see in. It didn't seem as clean. Very dim lighting. You had to specify if you wanted your room cleaned. The tubs hot water wasn't so hot. The internet was not great. My room window stayed closed because the business behind us & the fact it just looked super creepy.

They had a pretty good breakfast. They were very nice. The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. They had a beautiful bathroom with gigantic tub that I enjoyed. The lady that worked there was the greatest and friendliest. Vending machine had a variety of things and was very reasonable in prices.

Room wasn’t properly stocked- not enough towels, out of body wash. Front desk person was doing laundry too, didn’t have clean washcloths the first day.

Staff was very friendly, appeared to be “bare bones” (not enough people working), but everyone was very nice and helpful.

The beds were super comfy and the manager was wonderful! The location was only ten minutes from the Koury Convention Center. There was a nice breakfast selection and the facility was clean. The staff were awesome and made our stay memorable.

Staff was very friendly and very efficient and our needs. They even upgraded our room because of our child. Breakfast was served every morning and it wasn’t busy either. We were near pretty much everything so it’s a convenient location.

On Saturday morning I got up to go check out the breakfast, there was another guest there who said the door was locked, so I rang the bell at the desk and this young lady came out and was very rude, said they had shut down breakfast when we still had about 45 minutes. She said it was nothing she could do, so we asked if we at least could get some coffee, she said yes, but acted like we were bothering her. Not a very pleasant person.

I made our reservation online at booking.com, when we arrived the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, could not understand why they wouldn't take cash. Anyway got our keys and went to check out room. OMG, the room was so small we could not even turn around called the front desk and he said that I had booked and economy room, I had printed out my reservation and told him it said nothing about economy, it didn't even have a place to hang out clothes. Anyway we went back down any gave us a Queen which was what I reserved anyway. He was very polite and apologized. Very accommodating young man. Thanks

Breakfast could have been better with choices Bed was way to hard For 6 hours a group of people hung out right outside the entrance and got drunk.

The walls and ceiling needs painting to walls and updated shower. Suggest adding darkening drapes that close completely. Near main highway.

I didn’t have time for breakfast but the area was very nice. The staff were excellent. Lobby was beautiful.

room was big and spacious. the jacuzzi tub was huge! The staff was very friendly! However, our room and hall was covered with the scent of Marijuana and unfortunately they were completely booked and didn’t have a different room to relocate us to. I would definitely stay here again if I didn’t have to worry about the smoke!
