The outside was a little noisy late evening but that probably is expected given the location. An onsite breakfast would have nice and for it to have been included in the cost of the room, even better, as some other options at the same price point provide that.

The hotel was really well placed and the room was surprisingly spacious. We appreciated little touches like the availability of international power adaptors at the reception (as we had left ours home by accident), a coffee machine in the room, which is a rarity in US hotels and a couple of bottles of water waiting for us in the room. These things don't cost much, but when you get there after a long flight and taxi ride it matters.

The hotel is in a busy area so the noise level can get high especially on the weekend. But that is New York.

We stay in the renovated room with 2 King Size beds and the room had a small sitting area with a very nice bathroom. The room was a good size and we never felt we were tripping over each us. The concierge was very helpful with ordering taxi for us and assisting with us with direction on getting to correct subway or street.

The pillows - you only get one each and they’re a bit flat. Also the noise (I know you are in New York!). Being pedestrianised it was somewhere people congregated on the weekend and where the tuc Tucs would wait with music on loud. Not the hotels fault but if you want somewhere quieter you may want to stay further out

Staff were lovely, rooms were big and the coffee in the room was so good. You also get free water every day. Location is great, central to everything and a lovely area with lots of nice restaurants

The staff were excellent & friendly which made us feel welcome. They supplied teabags & a kettle when we asked & on the day we left, they helped us out to the taxi by assisting us with our luggage. We loved our room which looked out onto the Empire State Building & we would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for good accommodation in New York City.

The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s noisy at night but it’s part of being in a big city. There are no facilities in the hotel but we walked a lot in the city and ate close by so we didn’t miss a restaurant or a gym in the hotel.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to many sights. lots of restaurants nearby & close to Penn station. The renovated rooms are large & very comfortable! There’s a mini fridge, an expresso machine, & a table w/ 2 comfortable chairs. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel at home. Every day there’s complimentary water bottles in the room. We plan to come back again next year.

The room was spacious, renovated, large bed, quiet, the staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful. We asked to change the room and they delivered my request. The bathroom was also clean and nicely renovated.

Surprisingly large room for NYC. Reasonably quiet and very comfy. The staff was nice and there were no lines or other inconveniences.

Very spacious room (King Jr. suite). Beautiful fresh bathroom with high-end fixtures. Very comfortable bed with fresh high-quality linens. Large desk for spreading out and work. Location is great - on a section of Broadway that is a pedestrian zone. Subway stations with a block or two (depending on which line). Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nothing - amazing hotel!

Great hotel located in between the empire state and flat iron. Amazing location to miss the rush of times Square but great access to up and down town either walking or via the subway. We had a king renovated room which was perfect, cleaned daily and topped up with water and coffee etc. Highly recommend staying when visiting NYC.

Cleaning staff was great and very friendly but they kept cramming into the elevator with us whenever we were trying to got to our room which turned 1 stop into 5.

I liked the location and the staff. The hotel is a little bit old but good enough to stay there, absolutely ok! Just some noises due to the traffic in the streets since it's in one of the central places of NYC. I suggest it for people who wants to spend a nice stay in the big apple
