Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe shower was warm. Just not as warm as I like it usually. Kinda cold for me. But no biggie I will live. Didn’t like the toiletries. The towels were soft though. Snd fridge didn’t get cold enough. But it was for only 1 nite.
The hotel was great location. And perfect for my my hubby and pet. Very easy access and clean rooms. The parking lot was super safe and clean. Got to park next to the room. Bonus for traveling w a pet.

CanadaCompared two other hotels in this category this place is head and shoulders above its competition. It isn’t a new hotel, however it is obvious that management cares and is trying. It’s very clean…even the nooks and crannies! There was fresh paint, new linens, And the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are 2 Motel six locations in Williams I’m not sure about the other one? Again, compared to any other hotel in this category this one is superior. Thank you to the staff and management :-)
