We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThough there's clearly some issues with communication at the hotel itself, my main gripe is with the reservation issues resulting from booking online. We didn't get the room we booked, as it apparently doesn't exist at this property. It took forever to check in because they had no record of my reservation other than the confirmation I provided. Then the room they put us in was a king bed only. Not the double, twin, pullout sofa, and jacuzzi in the description of the room I booked. The 2 Q room they put us in after that hadn't been cleaned from last guests, but the 2 Q room after all that was clean and nice. It still wasn't what I booked and paid for though...
The hotel and staff were great and helpful, despite there being challenges with the reservation itself and their system.

United StatesWe stay a Best Westerns whenever we can throughout the US-this was the worst No TV remote in the room. TV even manually could not be changed. When I explained to the night clerk she “said your husband could watch the game in the lobby”. She said this was the second time it happened in a week-probably never was fixed the first time. We changed room after I said the review would be brutal Breakfast was dismay. Watery eggs. No creamer for coffee, 1 yogurt, day old bread. Broken juice machine and no water Will try to attach a pic of the waffle maker. Whole hotel could do with a good deep cleaning

Our room (except for the nice bed) was old and run down. The fan in the bathroom had dust an inch thick. The other fixtures were antiquated.

Very poor sleeping with this smell in the room. Didn’t want to raise a problem and complain. For one night at $150.00 this was very unexceptional service.
