Hotel room had small roaches that kept getting in my luggage

Repairs and upgrades are needed. The cover of the air conditioner fell off and we could not put it back. It was very old and dirty. The maintenance did come and put the cover back. Paint was chipping in a few spots. Could not check in early, even 15 min early, but they offered to store the luggage. They asked us at 10 am when we would be gone, even though check out was 11. TV reception was blurry.

Large room, very comfortable bed, and kitchenette. Good price for one night. Free popcorn in the lobby. The room was clean. Good water pressure.

I didn't have a bath towel when I checked in. Not quite sure if that's how it is.

Great value for the price you pay in Las Vegas but far from the Strip. Good for someone is driving in but not for visitors without a car.

A little dated in hotel areas. Entrance and corridors.

The hotel was perfect for a short stay. Large room with small kitchen. Many facilities. Gym, small shop. But unfortunately no breakfast on site. Lovely friendly staff.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and that smell seeped into all of my clothes so that was a strong negative for me.

The staff was very nice and helpful- I was only there for 2 days but it was a good experience with them.

No shampoo in bathroom, forced to pay for a small tube of toothpaste and toothbrush, most places offer these things free at the desk. Electronic locks on the doors are worn out too.

It was showing signs of wear. I put up a damage deposit and I hope to get it back because we certainly didn’t cause any damage. But there were scratches on the floor and chairs when we arrived. Inexplicably there was a bar of soap in the toilet which had to be fished out lest it clog the plumbing. Also though there was a decent kitchen there were a strange assortment of utensil and only one pot and one spoon. We could have gone down to the front desk but we had made several trips to the front desk already and didn’t want to go there again.

It had a nice gym and ample parking. Staff were nice.

Room smelled like smoke. Had to spray a room freshener. There was nothing there to write on. I expected a pad and pencil at least. The silverware included forks (2) knife (1) but NO Spoon.

Parking at the side entrance it took between 8 and 12 swipes of the card to get it to activate. The card reader definitely needs to be fixed or replaced and it was not just me and my roommate but it was also other people that were at the door when we pulled up to park each day after our event was done for the day and they were steadily swiping their car in and out trying to get it to activate and open. Also my microwave was inoperable from Saturday to Monday morning. Fortunately the maintenance guy came up that morning and replaced it with a new microwave but I was unable to heat up food until he did that Monday morning.

The room setup was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The long table for dining and doing work was outstanding. The bathrooms were clean.

During our first night the room was facing Flamingo road which was very noisy all night. The second night the room was facing towards Paradise Road and it was much better.

The room was large and had excellent kitchenette.

There's a small walk to the Strip (15 - 20mins) but this would be expected for the price of the room.

Exceptional value for Money. Las Vegas Strip within walking distance. Good Facilities; very large room with fully fitted Kitchen. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Close to the airport ...

The property is really showing its age, with some things not working or out of service (e.g. many non-working washing machines or dryers). Poor air-conditioning in the room. Frosty greeting on arrival. We arrived at 3pm as per our Booking.com confirmation & were told that there would be a charge for arriving an hour early, as check-in was at 4pm. Our confirmation also stated free parking, but they wanted to charge us 10 dollars per day. Apparently the property's policies had changed since we booked. After some discussion, it was agreed that the extra charges would be waived & our confirmation would be honoured. At check-out we noticed that we had still been charged for early arrival & had to point this out to get it refunded.

Comfortable bed & good size bathroom, free on-site laundry.
